when you switched your belt from the standard piaggio one to the malossi one was there a big improvement? and is it okay to use this variator with the standard belt?
I think I didn't see any improvement other than the better longevity. Yes it's ok to use the standard belt with this variator, unless you have the complete overange kit installed.
Does the Malossi belt your using now goes up to the highest point of the rear pulley? Im searching for a belt that is longer like the original so I can use the full 134mm (Same like oversized kit) of the rear pulley diameter. My vario ist big enough for a longer belt but I don’t know the perfekt length
I don't know if it goes all the way up on the pulley, I haven't measured it. But if your looking for a longer belt, search at maxiscoot or get an oversized one that matches your preferred length.
When im putting the variator in and then the pulley gets in a bit hard and when i try to electric start it .. it makes crunching noises and its not suiting so what do i do?
@@R_T_Remko Now I'm running stage6 Street race cylinder just with port matching, yasuni c16 pipe, stage6 R/T variator, stock belt, stage6 sport clutch, mallossi clutch bell, pwk 26, stage6 reeds valves and block, polini primary gears, electric water pump. Probably 10-12hp

Check your fuel lines that go to your carb, check the jets or look for air leaks at your intake or crackshaft seals.

I'm using 5.8gr rollers for stage6 streetrace with primary gear kit for more speed. Revving to 11K rpm and top speed ~130kmh

Dude, never tighten nuts with an impact driver, unless you actually limited it's torque somehow.
My impact have a torque choice.

Those bolts secure parts spinning upwards of 15000rpm, trust me you want those tight tight.

something is not fit properly or the teeth of the starter motor are worn
Why you put the bigspring upside down??? Its not good metal on letal in clutch.. ( sorry for bad english)
Yes this is true. Is wrong to put it this way. The correct way is the opposite but I don't have it in the video.

Hi, what variator belt size did you use with this RT variator?
