    The Mind of a Chef
Narrated by Executive Producer Anthony Bourdain, The Mind of a Chef combines cooking, travel, history, humor, art and science into a cinematic journey, each episode capturing another glorious flicker from the mind of its subject and focusing on what it truly means to cook, think, create and live in the food-obsessed world that is The Mind of a Chef.

Brock is arguably one of the most important cooks alive today, not just in the US, but the whole world. He not only makes beautiful, tasty food, but he cooks with historical content, with meaning and an adventurous mind. And he obviously loves what he does, which seals the whole deal. And his great humor and inquisitorial mind set him apart from just about anyone out there.

Its one thing to touch food with bare hands, its another to rub it on your neck and touch the food again... 5:47
