i really love these starter deck showdowns, they help new players a lot as I'm just trying to figure out how the gameplay works! i hope it continues with future starter decks
After a couple games I'd say the tension between exerting or not your characters knowing opponent can then attack them is enough of an interaction. Magic this is not, but I'd say this is the most ''complex'' you can go with still having a very accessible game.
@@NVCardMaster if the card says "banish this item - do something" then banishing the item is part of the cost to use it (for instance, magic golden flower). if the item has an exert symbol then exerting the item is part of the cost (for instant dinglehopper), sometimes the card will have a number with a hex next to it, then you have to pay that amount of ink to use it (for instance magic mirror). and finally sometimes an item will do something when you do certain things (for instance Ursula's Shell Necklace).

I thought she had the win in game 2 because of steal from the rich. She had 16 lore with two characters to quest to give two lore and if she played steal from the rich that is another two lore because you get one lore for each character questing.
Disney does not own any percentage of Square Enix, the video game developer behind the Kingdom Hearts series. However, Square Enix and Disney have a licensing agreement that allows Square Enix to use Disney's intellectual property, including characters and worlds from Disney properties, in Kingdom Hearts games. So they will not be making a kingdom hearts deck sorry to burst everyone's bubble
I’m sure they’ll have plenty of thematic decks and such in the coming years. But… if worst comes to worst, i would love to see Sora and company, heartless, keyblades, etc.
@@GravitasMor Oh ok, been playing that wrong. Thanks. But it does read "While challenging." So I took it as being apart of a challenge as it's requirement.

Any game where you can say “I’ll start by inking this dinglehopper” is alright with me
I randomly found the Ruby Emerald deck at walmart and now im addicted!
Still learning Lorcana as I go, but I definitely like the song cards. I will be singing them each time I play them 🤓
I never knew you can use two characters to challenge one that's interesting
How engaging do you find the game without interacting on your opponent's turn?

There is always the possibility that they add interrupts or reactions in a later chapter once people know the game better.
When dhe pukled that scimitar, his entire expression and energy changed 🤣
I absolutely love lorcana and this video was so well played great game 😊
That was fun thanks
Why are y'all not singing the songs as you play them? I am very disappointed. (edit: okay, y'all did once)
23:00 Could she have gone on a quest with Peter AND Stitch here for a total of 4 lore?
Anybody knows how is the counter app they use called?
Item cards can be used infinitely? I thought they were banished once they were used
They can be used right away. And some items are banished right away, and some are not. These are not. :)
So how would we know which ones aren’t banished right away after playing them? Thanks!

CAN NOT WAIT for a kingdom hearts deck.
They will not do kingdom hearts as that trade mark is intellectual property of square enix and not Disney
how do you banish your own items to trigger an ability

Redemption for nerd girl!!! #gameknights
Some day! Hope they invite me back
I love this chick's attitude.
Great episode! Looking forward to the next one! Keep up the excellent work!
I'm over seeing these pre-built decks. Can yall start making some & playing them?
Once we finish this series we will be building new ones. But we also have pixleborn episodes with other decks for you.
Game 2 should be a prime example as to why steal from the rich should be the first cut from the emerald Ruby deck. Give me any inkable over that

In game 2 14:32 pascal shouldnt of quest he was chameleon napping lol of im not mistaken
Late reply, but no that was a valid turn. She had not yet quested her card to prevent Pascal from questing.

8:25 Wait i didnt know you dont get the boost for challenger?
7:46 Also didnt know you could use the exert ability the turn it was played?
It's because Jafar gains the bonus for when he challenges not for when he is challenged
@@GravitasMor Oh ok, been playing that wrong. Thanks.

Only items can be exerted the turn it's played
it would have been 2-0 if she just quested with the stitch instead of traded with the broom. but i get u whanted to make it more exciting.
