Daileys are great at running hot under load.my 70.180 is the same and my old 70.160 was identical especially if I ran on weight up windy hill (M62). My van was a terror due to round town stop start and long periods of idling (breakdown recovery truck).
Hi Jimmy enjoy the videos 👍🏻 this one might be a bit old but we have changed a few DPF filters on 2019 MY Daily’s even if they’re out of warranty, they are sometimes covered by campaigns (or PIPs as Iveco call them) Usually there’s a software update to go with it. Always worth a call to the dealer, they should be able to look up the details, might need to have them plug the diagnostic computer on to see if the relevant codes are present but could save a lot of money if it is covered.
If you ever do a toyota rav 4 3rd generation, they do the same if you put the dpf cleaner into the dpf and keep the revs around 2k it will start its own regen.
Hi jimmy just attended a mondeo 1.5 econetic with 3 faults stored 4 dpf temp to high p244d Thr turbo oil seals have blown and filled the dpf with oil and soot really bad my question is do you think we can get the filter cleaned
Thanks for helping me understand this whole DPF stuff! What's your opinion on those foam cleaner spray cans as a diy solution? Is it worth trying with slightly higher dpf pressure or will it make stuff worse? Unfortunately I'm too far away to have you look at my car.
Hi there folks even oreilys if can get back to me changed upstream pressure sensor boost pressure sensor still persistent check injection system miti vac has checked hoses turbo ect seem fine what do u recommend next to change code 2263 22
@@supertekkel1 i work in package delivery, i've towed these more than i delivered packages, usually 150k injectors and 250k rebuild, but we load them 1 2 34 tons as much as they fit, maybe one turbo that i saw go bad. Also we practically try to kill them ahhaha but nope. Probably different when they don't work all day, more heat cool cycles.
I was in the market for a van, but looking at the amount of issues with the PSA vans which dominate the market, plus the ridiculous wet belt, I would rather have a 2wd pick-up with a canopy.
Just the detail of those plastic pedals just makes you wonder where elsewhere they saved in production costs.
Temp is fine, fan comes at 100 to 102, it's a live gauge

Thanks for the info
Ceramics foling in dust, and bloking up the filter. Thanks for video.
This is lifespan of a DPF but most manufacturers incapable of achieving this. Presumably a new one is the answer.
You can only do as much as inform the owner of his problems. Nice one Jimmy 😉
And by the way thanks for sending some cars my way 🙏🙏

Sad to see a badly fitted turbo especially when it didn’t need a new one 😢
Does your scan tool need a network connection to function? Is a subscription needed on a regular basis?
No
Yes it does
interested....heard these Ivecos were difficult to diagnose with non dealer software
Well done, AGAIN!

250k it's full of ash needs a offcar😂
A vehicle not identifying as a Renault, finally. 😅
I rarely see golfs on your channel, is a 2017 GTD a good buy?
👌🏼
The fix. Drill it out 😂
These don't kill turbos, engines go , rods through the block, injectors pumps, turbo never somehow.
Ours had 3 turbo's fitted already, first one under warranty. 110k miles now, and again getting turbo faults.
