Hi Elizabeth, Thank You for sharing the Beautiful act of Love, that you and your husband showed the little kitten, as you selflessly worked to free it. ❤ I am So Grateful that it was able to escape. You and your family were very busy, and everything looks Beautiful. Thank You for sharing another Wonderful video with us. Please take care. Lord willing, until next time.🙏🏾 Love In Christ, Paula
I'm so thankful the kitten was able to escape with your help. It's a good thing you and your husband are handy and able to put your porch back together again. Now there's a good story to tell.
So happy you were able to save/rescue the kitten! You could tell by his cry that he was so scared. I have known squirrels to eat the paint off of vehicles that were parked all day.....true story!! Everything looks great outside.....a lot of hard work I know. THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!
Kitten Rescue ~ " Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. " ~ EPHESIANS 6: 7-8
You were right, saving the kitten was the right thing to do. However, it also shows what a loving Christian couple and how you live your life. How about just painting the front post black to match the hose. It will recede into the bed and will not stand out. Your flowers and landscape look wonderful!
God Bless You for saving that sweet kitten...you guys are so meticulous in planting and moving plants around. I just dig the holes move the plants and hope for the best 😅😅😅😅
I can't wait to see the replanted hydrangeas in bloom. The house looks wonderful. It was a sweet moment when your children painted some of the post. Thank You for sharing. Praying for a healthy Baby. Continued Blessings!

So thankful the kitten was saved. They are so very precious and get themselves in trouble. Thank you for doing that. You have a beautiful home and your yard and flowers looks so nice. Thanks for sharing. Blessings❤
I’m still trying to figure out how he got in there, but our neighbors said they saw them and the momma cat under our porch one day. He must have just got left behind when he couldn’t get out. I so hope he’s somewhere safe now 🥹
Don’t be disappointed if you don’t get blooms this year Elizabeth. Due to being disrupted they may need time to readjust but next year for sure. You may get blooms but not as flushed as you might have expected but given time to reacclimate next year should be a real show for you. Perennials are sometimes a little finicky but if we are patient they will perform. Looking good in the yard with all your projects the last couple years. Next summer Mom and Dad will have a third little helper with projects. Enjoy every phase for they do grow fast and you’ll wonder where the years went! Thanks for sharing a peek into your busy weekend. I always enjoy watching someone else doing all the chores as I take a break from my own schedule of projects!!!:):):)
Awww, bless you both for rescuing that sweet little kitten! Your flowers and yard are so beautiful! You are always making your home even more beautiful than before! Hope you and your beautiful family are having a wonderful summer! Congratulations on the new baby! So exciting!
Thank you for rescuing that precious kitten. The kitten you showed at the end didn't look like the cat that you rescued, so I was just wondering what happened to the kitten after he got out? Did you keep him? His cries were so heartbreaking.
Awww sweet kitty sounds🐱 That's so awesome you guys did everything you could, including tearing up the porch, to save that sweet kitty! Most people would never think to go that far! Well you did get a fresh set of steps from the rescue mission😉 I remember the days of watering! When we lived in NC, out in the country i had flowers & flowers beds everywhere. Most I had to water by hose. We did have A sprinkler system put in because it was totally wooded & we cleared just over a acre for the house & yard. In order to have grass it was definitely necessary! But lots of areas were away from the sprinklers, as well as parts of the area where we were trying to grow the grass. So yeah, i hated those hoses when they got tangled🫤 We did have the soaker hoses around the house itself where shrubs were planted. Those hoses you have are very cool, haven't seen those before! You have beautiful yard, & beautiful flowers! I love the blue & yellow💙💛Those are the kind of hydrangeas my old granny had at both ends of her porch. I remember thinking how cool it was that they would be different colors! She also had some of the white ones mixed in. Your son is so cute with his little shovel😊 The soaker hoses are great for hedges & large bushes. They take so much more water than the flowers. Saves so much time in watering. My husband really enjoys yard work. Right now he's actually working with a lawn pest control company. Here in Florida lots of people have there lawns treated regularly. The grass her in super thick because of the temps & weather a thinner type grass won't live. But ants and other diseases are common & so they treat them. Sand when I say ants, its next level🤯 Most areas where there are divided or gated neighborhood the homes already have sprinkler system so that's a plus! The home my son lives in is in one of the gated areas. Is just so different here 🤷♀️ But my husband can treat his lawn! The ants..i have no words! But the yards in these neighborhoods are tiny, the homes are just feet away from each other. We're going to be looking somewhere not so tight hopefully 🤞🏼 Yes.. where we lived in Tennessee the home was a large log home. The squirrels would come on the porch & chew the side of the house!!😳 It was crazy! Most times it was right at our bedroom & i would hear them & go out & shoo them away. Our apt was attached to the recovery home so the home itself Is very large! I'm sure there we other places they chewed at but that's where i caught them. They didn't do that at our home in NC 🤷♀️ Are northern squirrels different?? lol😄🐿 I literally had to put a couple of kids stuffy dogs hiding behind my flowers on the porch too, they would dig up my flowers to hide their acorns!! We had several large acorn trees in front of the home. They would leave the dirt thrown everywhere, just made a mess! And I'd have to fix the potted flowers. The stuffy dogs scared them away! Lol Crazy!😄 The shrub path is cute & I'm sure that's going to be really pretty! I love the way you have the flower beds in front, its beautiful! I enjoyed todays video! TFS😊

Mix dish soap with water in hose end sorayer and spray around perineter of sidewalks etc, to deter squirrels.
We have some squirrel spray that works for a short time, but the damage has already been done at this point. :(
