Too many times have I built a nice little survivor compound, only to abandon it during helicopter events because the protection it affords isn't equivalent to the rebuild and cleanup. Maybe we'll get proper concrete mechanics or even just an unmodded way to repair structural damage without rebuilding from scratch, but I'm not holding my breath.

i would have just built wooden walls, parked cars in front of them or built crates in front. that way zeds couldnt attack the walls. and then built outward on the 2nd floor away from the base, then used that to shoot zeds at the walls. then junked the stairs and put in sheet rope. and then instead of grabbing furniture that i couldnt actually use, i'd have spent the time getting more food, guns, ammo, and fuel.

dang you had a tv and the muld vhs store near you, probably could’ve gotten carp 6 in a few min and save yourself a couple hours grinding hah
animations are 🔥
wait fuck I didnt think of this🙃
*When your playing project Zomboid and your character is skilled up but other players appear and all your here is: "Little Pig Litte Pig let me in..."*
Since you have access to industrial propane tank, I'm assuming you're using metalworking expanded mod.
You could just get a Bundle of Wire fence and surround your base with it. Wire fences are cheap and you can make wires out of metal sheets.
It would be the first thing zombies destroy instead of your actual walls
you said your character did it better than you but still living in a apocalyptic world? nah bro you def win this round
just got the game, ur videos gonna help me a lot.
thank you
Liked and subbed for that intro alone. Must of taken awhile to make and master. Hats off to you sir.
This intro got me feeling konfuzion rust vibes and I’m here for it
Konfuzion is my dad
New sub from me, man. I love this type of Project Zomboid content. The animations are also a really cool touch!
Nice vid Brollow, gonna be doing metal on Aftermath
Great video. Put this game on my wishlist becuase of watching a few of your videos.
Hey mate, I noticed some things useful in your gameplay, can you tell the mods you are using for:
*That little cargo car
*Zombies HP bar
I used philibusters used cars and combat tags. Pretty sure that’s the name of the mods your looking for
You could build some chain link fence three tiles out too. Layered defence / defence in depth and such.
Sick video. Thanks!
Realism is better then graphics is a true statement. I subbed, u got good content.
The biggest benefit for removing wrecks, is you clear up the road, and in EVERY zombie game this WILL save your life, save gas, and just make things easier.
I use the street sweeper vehicle mod to clean up piles of bodies. It gets rid of the blood too which is nice lol.
I thought i was watching a channel with atleast one million subs. Good video!
didn't expect I woul stumble upon a gold zomboid content creator with such high quality videos, and he even get shouted out from the frog man himself, definitely subscribed 👍
you got dedication I'll give you that
I have the climb mod installed so I built a base on the roof of a Spiffo restaurant. Had minimal walls but it was invincible.
👏 well done, hope you drop part 2 soon ✌️🫶
This style of gaming i couldn't do cool concepts just wish you could play in first person would be sick
Well put video i was so entertained looking forward to watch more
I wish the game had a 3D 1st person feature exactly like the intro, keeping the plain textures and shapes
Metal Workbench allows you to craft some unique stuff if I recall correctly. Like converting unusable metal to metal parts and converting metal parts to scrap metal. Other than that, it's a storage space that allows you to store up to 100 units
Damn only 11k subscribers? This kind of quality content atleast deserves a few mil
The thumbnail had me thinking this was a rust video.
Bro I love the 3d animation of zombiod at the beginning it was really cool
We can appreciate the 3d
Just cool and beautiful
thank u
Bro the cinematics are insanely good bruh
Greetings from Belgium I rly like this alot these animations in the begining so cool man! can i ask you how you do that please? Its really so cool!.
i would have just built wooden walls, parked cars in front of them or built crates in front. that way zeds couldnt attack the walls. and then built outward on the 2nd floor away from the base, then used that to shoot zeds at the walls. then junked the stairs and put in sheet rope.
and then instead of grabbing furniture that i couldnt actually use, i'd have spent the time getting more food, guns, ammo, and fuel.
Many ways to fortify and defend your base, this is why I love zomboid
@@mr.brollow very true. but some ways make more sense than others.
20:19 you didn't need a sledgehammer, you can just knock down these door with melee man. I think the axe is fastest but I've done it with hammers and crowbars before
Sometimes I forget you can just do that
