PM Khan's answer to the Uighur question is quite sound. It is the Western / US narrative that's absolutely bonkers. According to Wikipedia, there's around 25M people in the province with about 45% Uighur, 40% Han, and 15% various other ethnicities such as Kazaks, Kyrgyz, Tatars, Uzbeks, etc. According to WMSM (western mainstream media) 1M to 3M Uighurs are in "concentration" camps. That's allegedly 1 to 3 out of 10 Uighurs in Xinjiang are in these camps. There are plenty of UA-camrs who post their travels through Xinjiang, none of their posts would support such allegations.
What about Mullah Omar, Maulana Masood Azhar, Hafeez Sayeed, ISI, and a host of others of Pakistan?

Indeed Mr Vajpayee visit to Pakistan was the resulting end of Lahore Agreement for futhering the peace process....Kargil was unnecessary and shouldn't have happened but the question yet revolves round the very centric issue of Kashmir....
On PM Modi, to make it clear, it was not an official visit and a sudden visit to Pakistan on its expense with no protocols was a private visit to then PM Nawaz Shareef grand daughter's wedding due to his personal relation with Nawaz Shareef...please stop portraying PM Modi for 'good' relations who in his election campaigns have always had aggressive speeches against Pakistan...Pathankot and URI attacks cannot and should not be defended but the question goes back to the centric issue...Kashmir dispute!
Back in 1947, if the Prince of Kashmir acceptance of acceding was the sole reason that gives the right to India to takeover Kashmir than Junnagarh should have been the part of Pakistan....
We have to bring all the concerns of India and Pakistan onto the table discussions and genuinely allow Kashmir voice (the key missing element since 1947) to be heard and taken into consideration and resolve this matter for good according to 'kashmiris will'..... Dialogue is the only way forward and any concerns must be brought to the table and addressed through talks than blame game which is carried on for 50 years +!!
Kashmir lockdown is not the solution and will only exacerbate the situation...

I'm not happy with the present situations in the kashmir. I already know what is will of present Kashmiris. It is going be a free country or be joining with Pakistan. In addition, India has violated all the bilateral treaties and agreements that India signed with Pakistan on Kashmir such as the Simla Agreement. Third, and quite significantly, India has broken all the agreements and treaties that India signed with the Kashmir State such as the article 270 and 35A etc. Pakistan must declare without any delay that the Simla agreement stands Null and Void because of India’s breach of this treaty
