- Today we are testing a brand NEW Stryker PRO 380 in blacked out (very sexy) with a brand NEW Mercury 25 JET outboard. Everything out of the box. This is an affordable package for someone looking to get into a JET package. Our Stryker PRO models come with extra bottom protection, the hull is completely wrapped in corrugated rubber and the 20" one piece aluminum transom makes this the complete package for shallow water. We call this a Mean River Running machine.

Hey Jarred, i would like to see this boat and engine in action upstream on a river with rapids
Hopefully we’ll be able to keep one around long enough to film it a bit more.
Do you know anyone who's tried this boat woth a yamaha f25 and pump? The 50 lb weight difference is appealing. Would also love to see a trailer developed which can be broken down and transported in your rv or pickup. So many people select soft bottom boats for portability. But the need for a big trailer negates that portability.
yes it iß
How does the 380hd handle with a jet compared to the pro? Got me thinking now lol
The HD has a 15” transom, so wood need to be modified to accept a JET. The full rubber bottom of the PRO does help a lot with getting water to flow ‘cleanly’ to the jet. We have tried it with the HD, it’s good, but not near as good.
A 1974 2 stroke is loud and guzzles gas. You would save a lot of cash.😪
