    Simple approach to addressing knee pain: desensitize, decongest, improve blood flow to the area. Voodoo wrap above and below the knee, 50% tension, 50% overlap. You should be able to handle this for a few minutes.
    Now move. Challenge the end ranges, move the joint in the context in the rest of your body. Lunge, wide squats, lateral movements. Or just hit the bottom position of the squat shape.
    That MAY be enough to change or unload a tissue experiencing pain.
    Actionable, highly repeatable, doesn’t require a descent down the rabbit hole of “what caused it.”

    Thanks for the vid its great, I have clicking at the top of my patella every time i go parallel or lower in squat would this help ?

    So is there a reason why one would choose to full wrap the knee vs. wrapping above and below the joint as demonstrated here?
    I ask because I've seen some older videos here where the knee would be wrapped entirely with the floss band. Is that no longer recommended or is that done for different use than what is being done here?

    Thank you for your time in explaining this... I am on week three of the knee pain course and the movement combination working up stream and downstream to loosen up and strengthen areas around knee has given me more confidence in my knee function and has provided me with tools to keep me working out and playing with my son.
