Girl I have been rocking with since the third week in September 2023. I have now lost 55 pounds and down four pants size. I was wearing a 22 and now I can wear a women’s 14 and 16. I truly enjoy your videos and I love your motivation throughout the workout videos. I will send you a before and after picture was I completed my weight loss Journey. Trying to see how much I can lose in one year. I have about 25 pounds left that I want to lose. My doctor was so excited about my weight loss and blood pressure is the lowest in years. Good Tiffany, a great workout. I am pressing reset again. My shoulder is getting better. I am trying to get back to 3-4 workouts a week. As a more mobility I am able to do a little more. I look forward to the next workout. I will go back to some of the older workouts.
