Hi Tiffany!!! This is a wonderful workout that I can adjust my weights to. It is perfect. So happy that the shoulder work is at the end of the workout. I will make those tricep exercises since no shoulder work. Love that this workout has no squats or lunges! Perfect!!! Love the format, need more, please😁😁😁
Update: I officially just finished the workout and it was amazing! The 3 pound weights are a game changer (but I have horrible upper body strength😊😊😊😊😊😊). Yes, more of these please!
