I just found you and I did lose a lot of weight but I gained like 8-10 lbs and need to get it off. I finally found a workout video that I can actually keep up with and I’m 69 yrs young. Now my plan is to workout to this video then rest for 45 min to an hour than do it again and keep going in that manor room f I’m home all day. I have a belly so now I look like I have a baby bump 😂😂😂 so gotta get that back down to almost flat and I know I can do it with your videos. Ty so much for this video….love it when I can do everything u show us even the squats😂😂

Another great full body workout! Consistently is key. I probably couldn’t do this a year ago, but working out with you almost everyday has strengthened me physically and mentally. One of my favorites!

This was a very good workout for me. I did a 35 min seniors workout with weights beforehand so this cardio really was a good finisher. I’m 66.

10 days ago I broke my right ankle in 3 places and badly sprained my left ankle so it will be a few months before I come back to your workouts, but I will eventually. Thanks for what you do.
