That’s true. It was probably not a smart purchase. The car died today.
I feel like this was more like a roast on just this car. I’ve seen lots of shitbox Miatas in better conditions.
Also, to avoid having to lock both doors one at a time, lock the car on the inside with the door still opened. Keep the door handle open & shut the door then let go of the handle. 🙂
This video was intended just to roast my car. I actually just got rid of if and am missing driving Miatas. I might buy another one.

That was the plan, however the car suffered some major electrical problems that were not worth fixing. I had to have it taken to the junkyard. I’m actively looking for a replacement so stay tuned!

I have a 94 M edition too and I got lucky the paint came it good condition and I also have been trying to restore it. First thing you should do is adjust your emergency brake cable so the E-brake works again and fix all the mechanical problems. By the way your miata HAS A LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL! so it's definitely worth fixing man
Thank you. I just found out today that the car has serious electrical issues that will cost a ton to fix. I can do small repairs but I’m not familiar with electrical work. The car is not running so I might sell it as is or part it out.
@@CarVisionLA you can try asking miata forums/ Facebook groups to see if anyone can give you DIY tips on how to fix it but that's a bummer man
That’s what I’m trying to do. I love the car but I think it’s time to move on from this one. Maybe I’ll dump this one and get another Miata or I’m also thinking of getting an older VW GTI since I own a Mk7 GTI.

@@CarVisionLA On another note, is the engine itself in good condition? How was the compression and does it burn oil or leak horribly?
Overall, yes. It has 200k miles and compression is good. It has a leaking oil pan gasket and some lifter tick but overall it’s in pretty good shape.
No sign of oil burn, and the only leak is the oil pan gasket. I replaced the valve cover gasket a few months back.
