Nice! I’d like to share my recipe. 5 cups soymilk. Put in sauce pan on Low heat. Mix 1 tsp gulaman powder in 1/4 cup soymilk from sauce pan. Mix well. Add into the milk in sauce pan. Stir occassionally. Chill in fridge.
If taho is too hard for your taste, heat in sauce pan again and add a little soy milk and let cool. If taho turns to be too runny, heat again in sauce pan and add about 1/4 tsp gulaman powder, mixed well with 1/4 C soymilk from the sauce pan. Let cool again in fridge.
If you live in places where there’s winter, you have to keep stirring the milk in pot until it cools down. Otherwise, gulaman gelatin will separate from soymilk and harden on top of a custard-like soymilk at the bottom. The gulaman gelatin hardens fast when its very cold so it would rise to the top, separating from the milk. . OR you can turn on your house heater way up. Lolz! 🤗
