This is semiautomatic ALC ( Aerated Lightweight Concrete ) Blocks Water Curing Plant. Which can be upgraded to AAC in future by Just adding Autoclave and Boiler.
Here you can see how simple mixing process is. This high speed mixer is equipped with Load-cells and Control Panel suited for Automated Batching and Mixing. Material feeding can be done manually as shown here. Optional automated material feeding, Screw / Belt Conveyor can be added to mixer anytime in future.
