That is not the AAC plant. AAC needs Autoclave to dry the blocks. Where is your autoclaves? Do not lie.
This looks like clc blocks. Heat curing is needed for aac blocks which is not done in video. So must be clc bls.
Sir, This is ALC, Not CLC. In simple Statement - Fusion of CLC and AAC making process, Block Almost similar to AAC with Investment Almost like CLC :)

Raw Material ratio is depend on what raw material you are using. Generally 1 part Cement and 2 Parts Flyash / Fine Sand.

no, you can make electrical wiring easily.
U must be confusing this will conventional concrete blocks ...since electrical inwall installations are easier with ACC blocks than most other forms of construction...

This type of bricks need steam curing then why you should not do steam curing
Sir, steam curing accelerate hardening process.
We can add it but this will add more cost to project.
This is small capacity plant. So its not advisable to go for steam curing.
