    Non autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete recipe you can find here www.pioner-group.com/concrete/
    For more details www.grivas.ua
    Foamed concrete, also called cellular light weight concrete is produced by the mixing of Portland cement, sand including or alone fly ash, water and preformed stable foam. The foam is produced with the help of a foam generator by using foaming agent. The air content is typically between 40 to 80 percent of the total volume. The bubbles vary in size from around 0.1 to 1.5 mm in diameter.
    Foamed concrete differentiates from (a) gas or aerated concrete, where the bubbles are chemically formed through the reaction of aluminum powder with calcium hydro oxide and other alkalies released by cement hydration and (b) air entrained concrete, which has a much lower volume of entrained air is used in concrete for durability. Curing of foamed concrete unit may be done as per IS: 456-2000. Curing can be speeded up by steam.
    Foamed concrete may be produce by mixing the above mentioned ingredients in ready mix plant or ordinary concrete mixer.
    Foamed concrete is self compacting concrete requires no compaction, and will flow readily from a pump outlet to fill mould, form, restricted and irregular cavities. It can be pumped successfully over significant height and distances. The 28 days strength and dry density of the material vary according to its composition, largely its air voids content, but usually they range from 1.0 to 25.00 N/mm2 and 400 to 1800 kg/m3. The plastic density of the material is about 150 to 200 kg/m3 higher than its dry density.

    Non autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete is a type of lightweight concrete which is used to produce blocks and replace bricks. NAAC is lighter then conventional concrete. It is formed by using portland cement, fly ash, limestone, aluminum powder and water. Aerated concrete has a good strength, durability, good thermal and sound insulation. Dry density of this material ranging between 600 kg/m3 to 1600 kg/m3. Non autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks can be used for housing and commercial purposes.
    We have developed a unique non autoclave lightweight aerated concrete recipe and can achieve densities from 250 kg/m2 (even less) with perfect compressive strength, thermal and sound insulation.
    PIONER GROUP supply lightweight aerated concrete infill for cold formed steel construction technology infill and we can supply dry mortars (plaster, floor screed, self leveling compound, lightweight aerated concrete dry mix etc.) production line with a good price and speed of delivery.

    -What density and compressive strength do you usually make them?
    -What is the "R-Value" ?
    -How much curing time it needs to be able to cut?
    Kind regards.

      Usually we produce 600 kg/m3. Compressive strength for such density is around 2 MPA. R value for 200 mm thickness is around 1,9. After 5-7 days they have enough strength to be applied.

    How about casting blocks shaped like basic Leggo blocks so a structure could be snapped together. If this process costs more to make then charge more. These blocks assembled into a wall would still be less expensive than conventional concrete walls.

    Hi there. A question.
    Can I use floating concrete blocks to make a solid stone Mobile Floating Private Island if I put pond liner tarp on top of the floating concrete blocks?
    And then put compost and soil and grass and bushes and trees etc on top of the tarp..
    And then put houses on top of this synthetic but natural looking mobile floating island and then released herbivores and insectivores (sheep / goats / rabbits / chickens / turkeys etc) to mow - brush hog and weed wack the lawns?
    Could I use your product to make a mobile floating island in this way that would hold the weight of a house and soil and life in general like a regular natural non floating non mobile island does?
    Then can I anchor it like a boat?
    This is what the Peruvian Uro People of Lake Titicaca have done for thousands of years with a cork like Reed root that floats. But it rots after the Island has floated for 35 years and must be replaced.
    And Richart Sowa has done this using floating plastic water bottles in nets with pallets tarps and soil on top.
    Can I use your product to make a modern permanent version of this?

      @@cellularlightweightconcret1499 Seems as if it would be faster. Divide your existing molds using inner walls in a grid to make the finished block size. Pour it all at once as you do now, then when cured pull the divider grid out and you're left with individual blocks and no cutting.

    • @cellularlightweightconcret1499
      @cellularlightweightconcret1499  3 роки тому +1

      If it would be faster all aac blocks factory across the globe would do like this. What you are suggesting is a manual production and it doesn’t work for big companies. For small companies it does work.

    • @JRP3
      @JRP3 3 роки тому +2

      @@cellularlightweightconcret1499 I don't think you're getting what I'm saying. It's not a manual process. You'd use the same machine to pour as you do now, and pour it into the same mold, but that mold would have internal dividers the size of the finished blocks you want. After curing you lift out the divider grid, with a machine, and you'd be left with the same number and size blocks that you currently create by sawing. Think about traditional block and brick making, they use a mold to stamp out multiple blocks at once. Since you're working with more of a liquid you would pour into a grid instead of stamping.
