    this is sooo helpful... the teacher just gave us the muscles and asked us to figure everything out. Lazy teachers out there

    Trying to figure out which muscles hurt right below my left hip. Still a little lost😞

      No one can really say without proper evaluation, so first line would be to see an ortho or sports med doctor. If you want to check though, many times hip flexor muscles get tight, or IT band (I have had this issue many times) and rest and ice are prescribed. If it is IT band related, there is research on, and disagreement, whether stretches help or hurt, or if foam rolling is the better option. Again, only a qualified specialist can direct you there, but worth exploring for your own information. Cheers and feel better.

    You should do all the origin and insertion of each muscles that would help more. But thanks for the video

    The Models you have are amazing. Can I get them? I mean can I purchase them from somewhere? Btw love your videos, they are clear & accurate.

      You can find a lot of them online, but they are expensive. So arms, legs, etc. with removable parts like this can range from $400 to $900. You might find some on eBay or other site though used. Heads, hands and smaller models are usually in the $300'ish range. Do a Google search for "biology muscle model" and you'll see a bunch. Cheers, and thanks for the comment.

    How upper leg bands can be flexible?
    I cant even touch my feet.

      Great question. Do a Google Scholar search of ballistic, static, and PNF stretches and you'll find great research on it. PNF seems to be the preferred methodology currently.
