I love Slalom Skiing, my favorites would be surfing though then skiing. I go out skiing. I live in Iowa and I go out every morning water skiing at 6 am with my 50 year old Dad and his 60 year old friend who both competed in Slalom skiing when they were young!

If I have decent water, I always start the day off with slalom. Which in turn makes me tired for wakeboarding. But I can't help it I love both disciplines! Good to see some slalom fun here
Saw you perfect the slalom course with a wakeboard and completing an aerial trick between each buoy. It was pretty impressive!

Great video…great technique! still have my double black, with hot pink boots O’Brien. Even though I have MS, and by balance is awful, I keep it just in case. Water skiing is a blast!

Shaun! For years my dad gave me crap about slalom skiing left foot forward but wakeboard right foot forward! I now have evidence that I'm not alone on the switch up! Great vid.

I tried to slalom ski once after I learned how to water ski 20 years ago. Got up on 2 skis, kicked off one. It took us forever to find that ski after I wiped out. Been wakeboarding ever since. Maybe it’s time to pull out some 90s skis again

Can you do some instructional videos for basic starts in slalom ski for older guys?
Haven’t ski’d in 25 years. Tried recently and it was super difficult to get up and I use to hop up all the time.
Great skiing Shaun! Next time use the Virtual Slalom Skiing iPhone app to record and you’ll see how well you would have done on a course.

Do you ever rip on s kneeboard? My first love an intro to water sports was on a kneeboard in the 80s at age 6 then onto water skiing
I did years ago but not since I tore my knee apart on a wakeskate. ACL, MCL, PCL, meniscus. Knee doesn't bend as much anymore:)
I got better than my dad this year although he's like 55 and his pb was like 1 and a half on the 12m line but this year he's only running 28 mph and I'm running 2 at 32 but shaun u need to do more of this plz

Why is there two bindings
Some people like 2 boots and some like a rear kick. That's where it's just an overlay over your foot like slides. I don't mind it either way.
rope looks long but could be just the angle of the cam
