The most optimal way to build/modify bots in Fallout4 is to give them Mr. Handy thruster for movement, Assaultron Head for laser face, and Sentry bot everything else with whatever heavy ranged weapons of your choice as long as it’s not any of the overheating (breaking) options. Also robo boobs, for maximum distraction.
That was quite a leap of Darlene's character development from "I'm Darlene, I'm Darlene" to "The world was asking for nukes".
