Gorgeous Olga!! I made a twin size C2C Blanket using LionBrand Wool Ease, for a 91 y/o that I care for. She picked Mardi Gras Colors for the border. I think this border would work very well, if I pay close attention. Do you think I should do 3 Border Rows, 1 of each color, or intermix the 3 colors in just 1 border? Hope you can visualize what I’m trying to explain for any guidance or thoughts you may have. I realize you’re very busy, so if anyone else has a suggestion, I’m open to thoughts. Thank you very much.
Hi! That is so wonderful that you made a blanket for someone special. I recently made a baby blanket for a new baby in my extended family, and it just feels so rewarding and fulfilling when you crochet for someone you care about! Honestly, it's very hard for me visualize your blanket, so I'm afraid I can't really give any suggestions. But I'm going to pin your comment, so maybe other crocheters can help!
Hi @nanaboolala7572 If it was me I would alternate each colour for each fan you make on this beautiful border (depending on what colour the C2C blanket is) Olga has created. That’s wonderful I’m sure she will definitely love it no matter how you make the border. Take care and stay safe and well. God’s blessings 🙏🏼🧶💗
I have been looking for an edging pattern for a few months now for a project for my kitchen cabinets... I HAVE FOUND IT!!! I love this pattern... Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
What a beautiful crochet edging. I will make this. YES,...Great on pillow cases. As a child, I never had a pillow case that wasn't embroidered or with crochet edging. Or both!!
I am using this tutorial to make a choker out of cotton thread and it is turning out gorgeous. Thank you so much for the pattern, I will be using this much more often!
Hi Olga, Your design is absolutely beautiful and it reminds me of Fans. It’s a very versatile stitch pattern. Thank you for sharing. Take care and stay safe and well. God’s blessings 🙏🏼🧶💗😻🦋
Wow! This design is SO beautiful! And it even fit perfectly. I used it as a border for a crocheted shawl I made for my favourite teacher. It really brought forth the design. Love it so much!!! Thank you for this awesome video!!!!!
I'm going to use this pattern to make a round wall hanging larger, I've already tested to make sure it will fit what i already have and it's going to be perfect! Thank you so much.
So beautiful!! I made a ruffle for an off shoulder blouse with this beautiful trim; using Lyons cotton yarn and a 5mm hook. I worked in more stitches in the 1st row to create an undulating effect.
thank you so much for the tutorial! it's such a beautiful pattern. used this to add length to a dress that i love, but is a bit too short. your crocheting speed also amazes me, it literally looks like the video is on 2x speed except the sound is normal. love from belarus 🧡
I absolutely love this beautiful border! I am making it at the bottom of the lzy cardigan! I even bought the pattern so I can find more things to put this on! Gorgeous! Looks really hard but it is pretty simple!
First time on your channel. I love the way you teach. Beautiful work. I look forward to making this. Keep up the wonderful work and thanks for sharing. I've subscribed. 👍🏿🙂
Wonderful pattern! Can I ask how many double crochet you have in total in the first row. If i want to do the first row by single crochet then how many chain should I have
I keep having problems with the second row (with the first three petals) 😭 i swear i start with the right amount of chains (x15+5) but i keep having too few or too many double crochets Edit: Figured it out!
Hii olga! A big follower of your crochet patterns!😃 Thank you so much for the detailed pattern explanation, could you please let me know how much yarn is required for a 125 cm long lace?please do reply I shall be grateful.
Unfortunately I won't be able to say that off the top of my head. It depends on the yearn and crochet tension. A sample needs to be made, then the measurements taken, and finally the calculations made.
Do you make this separately and sew in on your crochet item or crochet it directly onto your crochet piece? I'm trying to make the lace cardigan longer because it came out too short!

Love this! How would you suggest making a corner?
Can't say off the top of my head. I'll have to sit down, give it some thought, and figure out the best way to do it.
I keep having problems with the second row (with the first three petals) 😭 i swear i start with the right amount of chains (x15+5) but i keep having too few or too many double crochets
Edit: Figured it out!
So glad to hear you figured it out? What was it (in case others might have the same problem)?

Thank you ❤️❤️
I love the pattern, but I do have a question how do I make a corner with this pattern.
That I cannot tell off the top of my head, I'll have to think and figure it out!
Do you by any chance have a written copy of this pattern. I eant to be sble to do it while I am traveling.
I have it in my Etsy shop:
olgapoltava.etsy.com/listing/1539114649
Прелепо!❤
Just leaving this for my own references:
begin petals 5:35
10:31
So the last row 6 you skip the middle parts
You are epic
Hi
Очень красивый узор. Но мастер объясняет для меня не понятно.
