Thank you for this beautiful tutorial. That champagne color is gorgeous. I think I have found the trim for my poncho to take it from ordinary to glamorous.
Thank you so much! 🥰 🙏 ❤️ I'm so excited that it caught your eye and that you'll use it for your poncho: you'll be happy with the result. Happy crocheting! 😊
this is perfect, i'm trying to hide in the ends on a lace knit wrap I just finished and also wanted to add beads so this is the win for me. Thank you. Thinking of adding an eyelet row on the top of the wrap and then the bottom will have this border with beads.
Dude.... EASIEST tutorial, as someone who has been crocehting for almost my whole life I always stay basic, this was one of my more out of the box borders for me and it was easy to follow! Thank you!!
This is exactly what I've been looking for!! Thank you!! It's the easiest-to-follow tutorial I've seen on this type of technique, and thus, the first one that actually taught me something 😭. I'm so happy! Also, as an almost strictly visual learner, the lack of verbal instructions really allowed me to focus on the work without getting confused or distracted. You rock 🤘🏻!
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🥰 🙏 ❤️ I put a lot of effort into making it as easy to follow as possible, so I'm glad to know that it paid off. 😊 I'm also glad to hear that the lack of verbal instructions was helpful for you. As a visual learner myself, I know how important it is to have clear, concise visuals. 😊
Thank-you for showing this tutorial, It's a beautiful pattern and you were a perfect teacher! I think I will use this for the edging on the table cloth a am making! Thanks again!!!
You are so talented! I watch many crochet channels and you never cease to amaze me with your unique stitches and patterns! Thank you for sharing and teaching! Hugs and blessings from Cookie in Florida😊🌴
Massive Crochet thanks for the pattern 😊 Claire Chiddicks this is how I worked out the corners. R1&2 sc 2ch sc in each corner. Then I wanted the 3dc2ch3dc in each corner so I put a stitch marker in every 8th stitch for these stitches around the edges to make sure the pattern fitted especially at the corners. Some adjustment was needed to make it fit on my blanket. If I did it again I would size up the hook for the 3dc2ch3dc then r4 at the corners only, otherwise it looked great 😊
Glad you like it, thanks a lot! 🙏 ❤️ 🥰 This border is designed to be reversible, technically though, the odd-numbered rows are considered the "front" side.
I'm so glad today i found your channel, its quite interesting and the patterns are lovely ,i can't wait to try some of them..thank you for the tutorial, I'm subscribing for sure

What do you do on corners please??
Thanks for this ❤🔥❤️🔥
It's a pleasure! 🥰 ❤️
instead of making this separately and stitching it on, could you work this straight into the stitches of the piece you intend to add it to?
Of course you can! Hold your work with the right side facing you and start working the border from one of the corners. 😊
fantastic! is there a specific multiple it needs to be worked in?
@@sheajohnson134 Yes, this pattern requires multiples of 8 stitches + 1 to start with 2 chains. 😊

What about the corners
Just continue working the border. It doesn't require a special pattern for corners. 😊
What brand of yarn is that it's the perfect gold color!!!
I don't have the label anymore... I'm sure you'll find a gold yarn like this one somewhere. 😉 Happy crocheting!🙋🏻♀️
What size is it?
I'm not a fan of the music. i wish you would use a verbal instruction with the video because it would be easier to follow.
Thanks for the suggestion, I might do that in the future...
You can turn off the sound on your device.
How would you do a corner with this stitch? I am making a triangle-shaped shawl and cant seem to figure out how to do the corners.
You can continue working the border: it doesn't require a special pattern for corners. 😊
@@massivecrochet thank you ☺
@@shadowkissed2370 You're welcome! 😊 🙋🏻♀ Happy crocheting!
If I want to add this pattern to a blanket, should I skip the first chains or how can I incorporate them?
Yes, you can simply skip the foundation chain, starting with row 1.
