I love micro animals, so much complexity crammed into such a tiny creature. Thank you for the video, the quality of the images you captured is incredible.
this was insanely useful for me because rn I’m trying to design a cutesy-looking tardigrade mascot character. He’s translucent, so I needed a quick anatomy guide to draw his organs in the correct place. Thank you!
This is by far the *best dissertation of any microorganism I've seen. The quality of the video and microscopy work is incredible and deserving of an award. I'll be looking for something by you on lacrymaria and rotifers. Again, fantastic work ! Thank you.
Your channel is one of, or even the best, channel about microcosms that I have ever found. The quality of the images and the depth of the information are what I have always sought. There are channels like journey tô the micro-cosmos, which is also very good, but leaves out some interesting and important information. Your channel is a gem on UA-cam.
Great footage and well explained. I've loved Tardigrades since I first heard of them but I've never seen such a detailed explanation of their anatomy. Thank you for sharing this!
I really like these creatures. They are survivors of everything. And they do not seem very aggressive. They just have the courage to adapt. Fascinating.
This is fascinating! I had no idea a light microscope can even get this level of detail, really impressive.
They are about 1mm long, so not too difficult to see with an optical microscope .But this level of magnification is exceptional.
@@BritishBeachcomber yes, even at this scale, getting images this clear is not that easy, great video.
its using phase contrast light microscopy technigue for this quality

Very fascinating anatomy class!! The level of detail is just unbelievable!! 😻
Thank you so much 😀

I have just got my first microscope! ( 72 next month). I don’t know if it’s any good or not but I’m very excited 😊

Complexity is amazing!! Same level as our group which is supposedly at the top of the evolutionary ladder.
Amazing work, thank you!
This is way cooler than any ballgame.

it's more interesting than news
But how many brain cells does it have? Seems to fit there at most 20-30 cells.
This is fascinating! Tardigrade for President in November 2024.

Cute little guy :) thanks
Do I drink them?
No. You spread them on bread. They're available at a supermarket near you.
I'd argue that our eyes are attached directly to the brain too 😅
🥰😍😲
I appreciate you touching on such a controversial topic. Thanks I enjoyed this video very much
Why are tardigrades controversial? :O
what is controversial about that
@@danesha4705 nothing at all. I was just kidding. It was a breath of fresh air. Sorry for the confusion

I was a fan of tardigrades before it was cool
In the future we can grow cells of these creatures to build radiation proof armor fir astronauts
Why did the tardigrade fail math class?
Its grades were good but it was always tardy.
My favorite video to date!
