First of all the layering on top of the vinyl doesn’t work for all vinyl and secondly if you don’t protect the bottom layers they will peel off in a hot mess.
That's why I like to slice it out of the bottom image so that there are not as many layers on top of each other.
Yes I just messed up because of this
@@AfallinAngel oh no! I hate it when that happens!
I never seen you put on the brown color. How do you get that brown underneath?
The brown part is in the video; it is right after the pink frosting. They are just all layered.
How do you actually make the layers though? Say uoure taking a premade image?
This image was already in multiple layers in Design Space.
Lovely video. Thank you. So I don’t need to cover the previous vinyl when layering.? It won’t over great and start to peel?
It is hard to see in the picture but I use a piece of parchment paper over each layer to protect the vinyl that was already pressed.
@@Craft-e-Corner thank you so much
@@queenrae91 You are so very welcome!
I have a logo on a shirt I want to cover up with a bigger vinyl (i cant take the logo off) will it go on top smoothly or will it look bulky you think?
I guess, it would depend on how raised the original logo is. You may see the outline of the original logo underneath the iron-on.
If I’m only doing a 2 layer design, do I press each layer for 30 seconds?
If you only have 2 layers I would do both for 30 seconds. if you have more than you may over heat each layer
@@Craft-e-Cornerso how long to apply the second layer?
@@chillwill1117 depends on how many layers you have. If there are a lot of layers I would only do about 10 seconds or so each layer until the final layer.
What iron is that
That is the Easy Press
