It's amazing what you are doing! I can't wait to tell a buddy of mine who is also paralyzed from the waist down about this interview and your channel. That entry lift is awesome, plus the others you've incorporated to make your life work. Thank you! ❤👍
If you think she's an inspiration from what was discussed in this video, it barely scratched the surface of this lady. Add to this six gold medals in the Athens and Sydney paralympic games, numerous world records and a member of team Canada wheelchair basketball. You can do your own reading on her being an honorary colonel, her honorary doctorate and numerous other accessibility causes.
Change of subject but I don't know where else to go to ask it. Seven yrs ago you did a video on a couple named Scott and Yolanda. One of your best videos ever! How to find out what they are doing now? They lived in an Airstream, he ex cop who had an epinity on a trip to India. Yolanda was already finished with there house, chasing the dollar and they gave every thing up, became nomads and are/were extremely happy. Just stumbled on that video again and soooo wonder where they are. An update. You liked them along also and if you don't already know you would live to. ??❤❤??
@@Keepinitwheel306I have tears in y eyes. You are soooooo extraordinaryly inspiring. I’ve lived with Mcs multiple chemical sensitivity most of my life. Recently, the past seven months and torn rotator cuff, which kept me out of my van that whole time. I’m finally back taking little trips out of time and praying I will continue to recover. I will pray for you for a miracle of recovery. I am so deeply in love by courage, tenacity, creativity, and commitment to the quality of your life. There are truly an amazing Soul
Forgive me father for complaining that my life is difficult. You are a true inspiration. God bless you and keep you safe in your travels and endeavors.
I appreciate this! I am disabled (MS) and my family insists I can't live this lifestyle. I am excited about moving into a van and know I can do it, and you just proved it can be done!! 😊 thank you
I have Fibromylagia and spondylitis, I can be always in the nomadic life but here and there for months at a time. It's worth it, especially hitting up meet ups and temporarily traveling caravans. Surely you can do it here and there, cheering you on! 🤗❤️👍🏽💯

Dang - super impressive! As a mechanical engineer, she could make a full time living just helping Nomads (able-bodied as well as disabled) figure out creative ways to make everything in the van work! Great interview!
If there is ever a need to prove the adage, “It’s not what life deals you, but how you deal with it!”, this lady is the living personification! Thank you Bob, & thank you Lisa!
Lisa, thank you for letting Bob interview you. You are truly a ray of sunshine to all of us, and also those who feel down, discouraged, or inadequate. You have a can-do attitude that just radiates from you! What a great example you are! 🥰

Just Wow! A lady that knows how to live her life to its fullest. It would be interesting to interview her parents. I’m sure they had some impact on raising a such an independent , positive, and strong woman. Inspiring. ❤
Lisa is an amazing young woman, she is capable of much more than many people that haven't got a handicap. Her engineering skills surely have helped her a lot in being able to design such a very practical vehicle, with great solutions to stuff that could, and would have been extremely difficult to find the right answers for, but Lisa did it all. She is a really great example to all of us, go on Lisa and continue to make the very best of your life 👍👍👍.

What a amazing woman!! 💪 A Jill of All Trades!! She's truly figured out how to enjoy life. Such an inspirational, resilient, and adventurous person. Absolutely amazing. We should all hope for half of her motivation, and we could get anything done.
Admirable! Makes me realize again that I whine too easily. I'm in my sixth year of full time vanlife and completed my goal of visiting all 48 lower states within five years end 2023. It is an excellent lifestyle .

I've done enough psillocybin to know that we are all the same. The challenges you deal with on a daily basis and have overcome have made you such a strong an absolutely amazing human being. Even with limited mobility you have more freedom, courage and appreciation for life than most people will experience during their time on this Earth. You go girl!!
I am so glad to see that you are doing well and conquering your challenges. What you have accomplished is amazing. My sister had an AVM in 2001 at age 25. Unfortunately, she had a stroke while in the operating room to repair the AVM and ultimately passed away 14 months later.
What an amazing woman!! Along with an amazing van!!! Thank you for your encouragement for everyone interested in vanlife!! It’s possible for anyone!!!! ❤
