Slow that Ryobi drill to the lower gear setting. You're killing it. To get the mandrel out of the hole saw put it in a vice and pull the lock up. Or clamp a vice grip to the shaft and give it a smack . I've gotten a lot of them unstuck.
For anyone watching this - if you're going to suspend a heavy liquid filled tank with a blind rivet thread insert you'd better hope the steel holds and doesn't break apart. I use a similar system to install threads into sheet metal, but the load is above the rivet, not below. I wouldn't do this - you'd be better off running bolts down from the floor with large washers around the heads of the bolts to better distribute the load.
your page has shown how to PROPERLY build any kind of (stay with me) mobile home, and i especially appropriate the attention to detail. My only concern would be a lock set up for the lift in the back. i do think i’d put a carpet out there, so any tips and which kinds would work best out there would be nice! i cannot wait to see the entire build start to finish.
On your hole saw being stuck. Drill it into a stud remove the drill and screw two 3" screws through it. Should be 2 holes in the back for that purpose. Then grab a wrench and pop it loose. Easy peasy.
I don't know if you go into costs in your video's but my maths tells me a Uhaul is easily the best value living solution on wheels money can buy. Honestly they make van's look like a stupid financial decision, for about half the price you get nearly twice the space, that extra space makes a lot more affordable easy house hold options a practical choice like your rear sliding doors. No windows is also an advantage, not just for the stealth factor but also it reduces heat loss and gain, kind of a big deal in summer in my experience.
You might want to put plumbers putty or silicone under and around the flange first to stop the leaks. And ya, Ryobi's will smoke when it comes to real work lol.
im going to instl a toilet over a patio but was also thinking useing any toilet to go into a base elevated box on floorin my house and the pipes out the back of box through side wall ,, the backside out toilets seem to run over a grand in price plus wall seems to thin to support weight no support beams in the right spot it seems simple but probalby not
It does make a difference using better power tools - a Milwaukee corded drill isn't that expensive and will last and last. Any contractor grade cordless tool should give you years of service. Ryobi is not known for quality power tools. Invest in better tools.
Do you know makes the actually box for these uhaul box trucks? I have a 2006 e450 box truck from uhaul and I have some lights missing around the box and I don’t know where to find them, any ideas would help a lot thanks!
Quit pushing so hard while drilling let the bit do the work and keep the drill spinning with a higher rpm unless you like buying new drills every time you use them! Bevel the inside of the toilet pipe because it will catch tp

love you show bad and good effects of trying
What about the "release button" for the black tank, so you can push it, dump and speed away. LOL

You made putting the hole through the truck easy. I am also doing my U-Haul conversion and I am scared to put the hole through the floor.
make sure you install your solenoid valve and remote switch now

Uhaul is by far and away the best mobile living platform. It's not even a contest.

ou created fantastic content,
Did you put a wax ring on that I didn't see it

Looks good. Can I ask, what's the distance from the underside of the box to the main box support where the leaf springs are attached?
Did i miss the drain to the shower ? and what was the shower dimensions. Building one my self. Great job man.
Shower drain will go in when I do the rest of the plumbing. It's about 28"x36"

Very nice. Can you help me with mine
I'm also building a tiny house truck, it's very frustrating with trying to do things in the correct order...
The easiest way to remove rivets is with a drill. Screw them out.

You should be able to find replacement parts at the official uhaul parts store repair.uhaul.net/EPCRetail/

Dude, be careful with that tank assembly. If it falls /breaks off you will be responsible for the mayhem that could follow
