Have you utilized the level 3 workbooks? I've been wondering about them, but unsure of if it was going to be just another busywork workbook
We use it this past year and loved it.

Yes, you could definitely do it with the two of them at the same time. That is how we do it. If you want, you can look through my copies and see whether level one or two would be best (I have both).
We hated 100 lessons. We switch to All About Reading. But I’m still considering this
Does this involve copy work? My daughter has auditory processing disorder so we are really trying hard to work on her auditory training.

Yes, I've used it with all of my kids and will use it with my five year old when he is ready.
