As a mom of a SPDer I greatly appreciate your real life input on doing life as a family. Thank you! Our family benefitted from your openness. Also I understand letting go of something's to relieve stressors!

Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. You will be missed for sure. You were one of my initial follows when I was considering homeschooling and gave me so much confidence that I could actually undertake such a grand dream for my family. Thank you again for the light and wisdom you shared with all of us over the years.

Sorry you have such busyness. Family is always first, but yourself is more important because you are the rock of your family. You take care and like you said need down time not to drain you. Take care gonna miss you and your wonderful family.

Understand where you are coming from! I feel this way about Insta- hardly post much. But happy follow people who lift me up. Glad you will still be there. For what it’s worth, you helped me have the confidence to homeschool- only took me a few years to pull the trigger. And honestly, on the ‘new homeschool’ videos- a lot are newer folks and don’t really share anything valuable 😬 Some do- but, I like to reference experience - tried and true. UA-cam would suck the life out of me- thanks for sharing your journey for so long. Cheers to your next chapter!

Still following you on Instagram; I will miss your videos, but definitely understand what you are doing and I totally agree that we all need to do those optional things that bring us joy. Who needs to add more stress to our lives??? God bless, Michelle.

I'll miss your videos but I get it. I blinked and my eldest just turned 29! It is so easy to be so busy that the moments just whirl by and before you know it the babies are adults living their own lives. I often feel sad that I don't really remember my 3 kids growing up as we were going to school things, sport, dance lessons, music lessons etc etc etc. I am so grateful having a 9 year old now who I homeschool and spend lots of quality time with (and yet still feel too busy and exhausted).

Thank you for taking your time to share your life and share about sensory issues with kids and just be a safe space for me to know my kids are okay too. I am definitely going to find you outside of here now that im caught up on where you are at. You have blessed this mama! So thank you again for giving to this space when you did! ((Hugs))

I understand where you are coming from, but I will miss your videos. Even homeschooling from the beginning like we have this new phase of high school (eeks!) I miss having people who are dealing with homeschool and that phase of life. Also I think chronic illness is something that I know you didn’t talk about a lot but with new acronyms here, finding people who understand is hard. I hope you will leave your videos up for some of us to reference. I will go find you on IG if I haven’t already, I’m a newbie there, and I wish you and your family well.

Prayers for your peace and joy! As long as you have thought about it all and know this is right then you should 100% do it!

When I took a break and came back, I could/can feel how I got out of the loop/algorithm like you mentioned. But it is a creative outlet for me. When I have to/need to stop can/will as I’ve done. I have slowed down and of course life was been hard/changed a lot lately. Just wanted to say do not feel like a failure like you said, and yes, be at peace with your decision. Love you, friend. 💗

I took a break from UA-cam 3 months ago, pretty sure I’m not going to come back. I had to take a step back and take care of my mental health. I quit all social media too, other than watching some UA-cam for fun. I don’t regret it, I’m using this time to take care of myself. I hope you find that time to take care of yourself too mama. ♥️

I just subscribed to your channel after watching your curriculum overview, and then saw this video. How sad...
But I'm glad that you are doing what you need to do. I do hope that you consider coming back to UA-cam when it works for you and your family. The video I saw was so helpful and the curriculum you chose was well thought and very unique. I feel like your channel pound reach many families.
Hope this message gets to you somehow!

Hi I started following you 4yrs ago I started homeschooling 5yrs ago...one I was scared to start and needed help, two I was happy to find a catholic homeschooler, three I needed people to relate to. I want to thank you! But, never feel like you failed be proud of yourself for knowing when it’s time to move on! I don’t do any other social media for the same reason you say that it doesn’t fill your bucket and I’m already too busy. I use YT as a learning tool. I’ll definitely look at your blog. Thank you for your videos and the time you dedicated to them.

I totally understand and can completely relate ❤ I'm ready to say goodbye to my phone...to be honest. I cheer you on for your decision!! You will feel so liberated ❤ I just want to say that your SPD videos have helped me to be able to understand and help my 1st grader deal with SPD. She has not been diagnosed by a doctor but she definately has 8 of the stronger signs of SPD... So those encouraged me ❤ I'll check out your blog I'm not big on social media - I do love reading blogs though! 😁
