There is a big difference in just doing the movements and consciously applying tension to the abdominals. There is no fat in Mannys technique here :0 but most people in the video are just doing the movements especially as they get more and more tired
Junaid Exactly, you have to make it hurt, do it in the manner that hurts the abs most and like you said put a effort to constrict those abs. This is the most important rule for ab workouts.
