I wanted to take a personal moment to connect with you, from my heart to yours.
I know that the holidays are not always a joyous time for everyone. They can be a stressful, challenging and triggering time for many of us. If that’s the case for you, I want you to know that I see you, and I invite you to take care of your heart during this time.
My holiday wish for you, is that you’re reminded that YOU MATTER. Be proud of what you created this year and what hurdles you had to climb over to get to where you are.
You are a true gift in my life, and I love having you in my space, my tribe and my community. I hope in some small way, I have been a gift to you too.
