Saaaahil! This was incredible! I made your 5 ingredient butter chicken and everyone LOVED it. I used chicken breast because that's what I had at home, and I marinated it in leftover whey from my cheese making experiments. And then put the whey into the gravy while cooking and it was just so extraordinary! You are a GENIUS.

I LOVE Butter Chicken. Indian food is the best! If I lived in a home where unlimited nahn was available I'd be big as a house, I call it Crack. I love summers when I cut the grass in the back yard and I smell the neighbors cooking. I joke with my friends I should stop over and see if they want to set up some type of meal plan for me with a charge. I'll supply the containers for the take away! I've gone for Indian food with my mom for my birthday for the past 6 years. One of the girls got married and Jay stopped by my house after with this awesome candy and said it was customary of the brother to give to friends and neighbors when his sister got married, I posted it to Facebook. I'll stop now that's a partial list of my passion for Indian food and I've made my point! You;re such an awesome guy Sahil and I was put on this planet with spare cash to do more than eat Butter Chicken by someone I'm convinced so I decided to donate to the charity you favor. BTW I love international travel and India is high on my bucket list! :) Stay safe you, your dad and all on the planet! I was going to say Have A Great Weekend but you are already part way through it already. :)

yes - i totally agree with you. the chicken sizes should have been smaller and should have been allowed to cook for sometime immersed in the tomato puree-kasuri methi- cream sauce, such that the flavours could be incorporated inside the meat. or otherwise just stir frying or grilling the chicken pieces for a longer duration and later on adding the sauce just before serving could also have worked fine.
i presume that the meat will be either half cooked or without much flavour.
but whatever it maybe - a nice take on a simple dish. totally nailed it from the viewpoint of a male or better a headbanger!!
