So let me add some perspective to the talk. the job that these EY guys have received in PPO is really shit. in business risk you mostly do internal audit and SOX compliance audtis. Mostly follow a SOP and repeat the work. the business is obtained regualry due to regulatory need so no special skills needed. Clients rotates their internal auditor among 4 big fours. I cant say about Trident Group but i know its a shot firm too. in India you need to get placed in following firms to kick a amaxong career - FAANG (product management role / Program manager ), Unilevel/ITC/P&G/Asian paints/Reckitt/Mars for marketing or brand management role , Buldge bracket bank ( GS, Blackrock, JPMC, Morgan stanly , SocGen, Barleys), for consulting - MBB or ATK or big4 in their management consulting division (not risk advisory). Rest of placement are all bakwas then these studetns will quit their job very soon
These are all legacy companies, there will always be newer additions to this list that will also come with fulfilling roles. It all depends on how much one makes of it

DSE DBE and DFS all have different courses. you should choose according to your liking, it will be your profession. If you just want to go by the brand name then DSE is better. 3 things that actually matter after an MBA are 1.Role 2.Salary 3.Brand of company and college.

But at the same time i feel like should go for an mba. What might be right choice provided I clear rbi interview and join rbi. In a long run what will be better choice Rbi grade b manager or an mba from top iim?
Both are very different options. It all depends on your requirements, likings and preferences. See that whatever option you choose aligns with your long term goals
My friend has also converted both Grade B and IIM Nagpur. He has opted Grade B ofcourse. I would say, If you are converting grade b now, just go for it. Reason being is that they help in further education (even foreign studies) So you can go for an MBA or so through that. Btw, have you converted Grade B yet or what?

@@yashbot9993 conversion means that your college or school might have given a formula to convert the cgpa to percentage.. if it's already in percentage then no need. these are just formalities don't stress about this. everything will be verified on the day you go physically for admission. so just get done with this

@@utkarshsrivastava1648 you can do it in 2 ways. 1 get the photo copy of all the documents sing on them and then scan and then upload it 2. if you already have the scans of all the documents then you can just add your signature on ms-paint (paste from function). then upload it

DSE IB is more like a general mba like IIFT... you do get finance roles so do apply. if you are sure about finance then DFS is better. DSE IB is mostly for the ones who are not sure, that being said DSE IB has companies from all the function consulting, finance, sales, advertising and obviously Trade.
Sir I am from a tier 4 college and have an offer of 7.5lakhs/annum from Deloitte and another offer of 10 lakhs at a not famous company. Which one should i join according to u? both jobs are in finance , although i wanted them to be in HR. Can i switch it to HR after few years after joining one of the above companies?
It all depends on your needs, requirements and goals. Having a good brand name always goes a long way however role and work offered is also important. And it all depends on the company that you will shift to.
