How does this do on hills? Looking for my personal property that has uneven terrain nothing too steep. Would i be better off with a sit down?

Not the best for hills but it is safer than a sit down. Sit down mowers are going to hang hills better but if something goes wrong you are stuck on the machine. With a stand on mower you can just jump right off.

Also my lawn is not a thick manicured lawn…will it still cut okay?

It definitely cuts better on nice lawns but it still works fine!
