I just saw the end to road to ripped video but wanted to comment on the latest. I know the comments can be harsh sometimes especially on someones lifestyle and personal choices but I and probably many others honestly prefer the realness to your videos. The idea that macros are whats important and that you can still enjoy "snacks" and low cal meals that taste incredible and also feel like deserts in some cases is a lot more realistic for loads of people then the OMG RIPPED SHREDDED EVERY DAY ALL DAY craziness. Not to mention that having people never enjoy themselves and just eat like a zombie everyday without any fun is boring and also again not realistic for anyone at all. People party, people drink, etc, etc, and its super important to show that that's still okay to enjoy life instead of never enjoying any fun activity or denying food at parties for example just because you are on that cut. That all has it's place but for beginners and people who are just starting to help themselves and their bodies you are a true asset! Never forget it!
I wholeheartedly agree. As someone who had to make major changes due to health challenges, I found that the unrealistic denial dieting only lead to failure for me, ending in overboard binging! Ugh. So smarter choices, smaller portions, became my salvation!
I just found your channel through a meal prep from several months ago! Edit to include: after a series of strokes, and a year of learning to walk, etc. Again, I ballooned to 275 pounds, which most wouldn't believe due to my 5'8" frame carrying it well. But when ny health, lab work, showed a potential crisis, I decided to focus on high protein, low (not no) carb meals, snarter choices portioned smaller but more often through the day. I'm eating about 5 to 6 times a day, which helps me not ever feel hungry. I also don't deny cravings, only limit them to small controlled portions. And no more eating in front of television! In less than 18 months I dropped to 150 pounds and was able to stay there until recent health challenges, two shoulder surgeries, and gained back about 35 of those pounds. My doctor says she's not concerned as my revised eating has made such a positive difference in my overall health and all my blood work is still looking fantastic! But I'm facing major surgery to correct an issue with my jaw so wanting to start meal prep to maximize budget, convenience and nutrition! Glad I found you!
OMG! The Fitbutters! My soul is so happy! I've been doung something similar on my own with a protein cereal and cashew butter, but yum! I really want to check them out! And.. i make frozen sour grapes, when i get a deal on them at our one grocer here in my town, then vacuub seal them in individual portions.
love the vids been watching for a while just never comment. fun fact the ghost cereal is a collab with the lucky charms brand, so those marshmallows are real lucky charms marshmallows just different shapes. def my favorite protein cereal ive ever had, the peanut butter flavor is good too
I’m interested if this is all good quality protein though. I heard from another UA-camr who walked around Costco talking about “healthy snacks” that the protein in these snacks isn’t metabolized the same. I mean I’m sure it’s better than eating Cheetos and if you need it to reach your health goals then it’s probably more beneficial
Gotta get a new pan, dude! 😅 Try covering the top when you’re cooking the eggs. It’ll cook the egg more and will make it a lot easier to make an omelette.
Just used your code on my first ever TLF purchase. Much appreciated, man! Can't wait for them to get here!
Let’s goo!! Hope you enjoyed the clothes!

Ghost actually partnered with General Mills for the Protein Cereal so those are the actual Marshmallows from Lucky Charms.
That’s awesome!! Yeah very good indeed👌

What macro tracking app are you using? I need to start tracking for a challenge at my gym and need to get an app.
He uses My Fitness Pal! A hack he’s shared is to set your country location to Canada so you can get the barcode scanner for free :)
@@x3lea866 Thank you. I'll try that.
Let’s goo thanks🙌
You need new pans, bro.
I know… working on it!
@@JoeySuggs it's a legit investment. We went with an $80 deal from Walmart till we can really decide what we want and save the money.
Ingredients you never heard of! Jk haha Joey Suggs rules. It’s just “popular” currently to eat minimal ingredients lol.
Agreed for sure everyone’s obsessed right now

Yeah I do agree with that because of the type of protein used your body may not absorb it as well👌

Yesss time for a nice new pan for sureeee
You would look really great with a wider neck. You should do some neck exercises
Lmao I’ll put on the to do list!
@@JoeySuggs a good neck always completes a vitruvian physique like yours
Where has Perri been? 😢
She was stealing all his protein. Had to go.
I’ve never seen him respond to a comment, ever
She’s been chilin doing her own thing👌
It doesn't taste good. It taste like protein powder rolled into balls.
Capatlism is the only form of working economy anywhere on earth so yes.
Facts👌
