This was solid! You could make this a whole series for people who don't know how to buy single inexpensive ingredients and make easy meals out of them. For the extra $5ish I would get a container of greek yogurt and some apples for a midday snack.
At Walmart in my area for $49.98 i got: 1 whole chicken, 18 whole large eggs, 1 lb of quinoa, 4 limes, 1 garlic bulb, 1 yellow onion, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1lb of carrots, 5 roma tomatoes, 5lbs of potatoes, 1 bunch of organic bananas, 3 small avocados, .25 lb of jalapenos, 3.26 lbs of frozen stir fry vegetables, 2 can of sardines in water, 1 head of iceberg lettuce, 1.25 lbs of frozen bell peppers and onions, 1 lb of mixed frozen fruit, and 2 cucumbers.
That's it! I'm moving to America ! I literally got a little over 1lb of ground chicken ON SALE for 12.95 (turkeys the same thing )plus it's like 6$ for a smaller bag of broccoli florets*Cries in Canadian*
Look for family size packs of chicken breasts that are like 3 pounds and you can get them often from $3-$4 a pound. Lowes Foods is great for it in the Carolinas. That $50 will go so much further at Aldi or Lidl.
The ceramic skillets are super nonstick and better for our health. Great video. Not trying to be the grammar police, but it’s “there are” so many servings, not there is. I’d want someone to tell me. The meals looked delicious! 😋
Do you still have and use your Ninja Creami? I am wanting to see someone try making the viral Keto Puddings with Boiled Eggs and run it through the Creami. Mine broke so wanting to see if I want to replace mine.
$6 for sugar free ketchup in MA so sad Wish there was a store brand version But for the amount of ketchup I consume the low calories are a priority for me I tend to spend $70-90 a week for myself depending on what I need and sales That doesn’t include protein bars and energy drinks It definitely hurts my soul seeing the final total

Pricing similar here in nz. Literally nothing in the shop is cheap except flour, rice and pasta. But hey....free hospital care.

I looked at my Instacart order from 2020 (I eat the same foods so my weekly trip hasn’t really changed) and what used to be $60 is now near $150-200
Crazy how much it’s increased…
Mix in an egg into the turkey meat to add fat if needed
fire video bro. i was wondering what is your workout split? how many days a week do you workout?
Right now push/pull/legs about 5-6 days a week👌

i love how you put a go pro on your head when you go to the grocery, LOOL
Yessss breakfast dessert!!
$5 a lb for chicken and ground beef is absolutely insane, before the pandemic you could get some decent steaks for about that much.
