love watching you all. Your dad is awesome. My dad passed away when he was only 67 I miss him for advice, we clashed sometimes, Tom your dad is so full of knowledge listen and remember what he teaches (i'm sure u do anyway) cherish him xx
Had a chuckle watching the little cow behind Andrew at the end. She's back there having a little nibble. Then the little black cow coming to say hey. :) So Cute!
I love how smooth this was. I have nothing to do with farming but find these videos so interesting to watch. It was all so planned and well executed!! :D
i always appreciate the ginger's comments....he should be a farm teacher...a really impressive and knowledgeable farmer...Tom you are a lucky young farmer to have such a fabulous teacher 👍👍👍👍👍
Superb video Tom. Glad to see the weather held for you. The respect you have for your dad is plain to see, he has been a good teacher, not only from the farming aspect, but life also. Don't mean to be patronising, I just think it's great to see you both work so well together, and how a farm clicks. Respect to you, Jo, and the "Ginger Warrior".
Stumbled across your videos and cant stop watching them . The amount of times Ive driven up and down Ballam road , Ive lived in Blackpool all my life, and never knew the hive of activity just over the hedge !!!!
I think it's awesome the amount of experience your father has and how efficiently he gets things done, even when something seems like a not so great idea, in the long run, it probably wasn't a bad idea.
Im impressed with your ability with that drone. Thats apart from one little discretion that is. What a lovely farm your family has. Credit to your dad bringing you up so well. He is the type of man i have much respect for and yourself for letting others take out the better tractors
Another great clip. really enjoy the channel & love learning about a farmer who seems to have an emotional connection his ‘girls’. My lifestyle doesn’t involve eating animals & of course dislikes the growing of animals to slaughter for food etc( I am a realist though haha ). despite that I can very much appreciate the vast differences between you & factory farmers Tom. From how incredibly hard you work, to the beauty of the animals in a more natural environment I just love it. The drone shows so much of your land & it is beautiful as are the cows. It makes my day to see a new clip go up. All the best Tom.
this brings back memories. doing the clamp one year with a John Deere when the clutch rod broke as i drove across the clamp - dived out door dropping the buckrake which hit the wall! miss the farming life but heyho dairying sadly not so available now. great video
Nice one tom and the old man silage all done and your old mans timing is pretty epic now we all have one question for you when you going to ask your young lady to marry you mate we need a good pemberton farm wedding keep it up tom 👍
I like when your dad talks on videos cuz he does have a lot of knowledge and passing it on to you and people watching but someday you'll be able to pass that knowledge honor your kids also
The audio, the audio!!! Great, wonderful, superb!!! Thank you so very much Tom.I know you didn’t do it just for me, but it makes a hell of a difference to me! Question, apart from their beauty, what do you keep the “Highlands “ for, just for the public? Keep on making the videos please, they evoke so many happy memories for me. Except mine are from Scotland, yours Yorkshire. Many similarities, great people, salt of the earth, wild weather, hills and accents you wouldn’t believe! Your Dad also brings up memories of the Dad on the farm I stayed/worked on. My brother tells me he was still spreading grass seed by hand on a 5 acre field at 80! T again to you both. Sincerely Rod
Good one Tom! Some decent Drone shots, you will notice a step up in footage quality if you do upgrade to the Mavic Pro 2. Nice advice at the end from The Ginger Warrior! You need to get a T-shirt with the Ginger Warrior on in your online store!
I think if it were I, I would have pulled out the little bit of 2017 get rid of the small amount ruined and then put 2019 all the way in back. Then placed what was left of 2017 in front to be used first. All in all great work and very nice video.
it doesn't matter really to be honest. if we have any left over we take about 2 foot off the top and leave it down infront and just fill pit as normal on top of previous stuff. theres no reason why it wont keep for many years unless its not sealed right
i'm wondering, you keep some silage from before and dump on top. does silage ever go off? you know unfit for consumption. I used to work with food and whatnot, coming from this my mind says eh? I love Farming vids and genuinely fascinated. thanks for showing us
Another good video Tom ,remember to keep the gates shut this time. Looks a very good silage pit ,well built and a good stack should do well in the winter.
3:44 what a terrific sequence, in focus all the way, spectacular. It reminded me of Orson Wells' famous opening scene in 'Touch of Evil' (with Charlton Heston) , you folks are too young to know it but it was a camera mounted on a boom that traversed a Mexican border town.
love watching you all. Your dad is awesome. My dad passed away when he was only 67 I miss him for advice, we clashed sometimes, Tom your dad is so full of knowledge listen and remember what he teaches (i'm sure u do anyway) cherish him xx

This is a good way to be. Seen farms with clamp storage many times just never knew what for. You learn something every day. Thanks for sharing.
Love the music while you keep your self busy. Your Dad must have been proud of you. Good Job!
Very good job Tom! And the GW is right, the most important driver is the man on the pile. He's controlling the chopper, not the other way around
I love your dad, what a bloody legend. Doing stuff his own way even though other people think it is a bad idea
Nice vid Tom love the fact that the ginger guy will just say get rolling and it will be good for the feed for the cows and heapers
Stumbled across your videos and cant stop watching them . The amount of times Ive driven up and down Ballam road , Ive lived in Blackpool all my life, and never knew the hive of activity just over the hedge !!!!
Farm life is so hard, you make it look easy and fun.
I love toms chats
I think it's awesome the amount of experience your father has and how efficiently he gets things done, even when something seems like a not so great idea, in the long run, it probably wasn't a bad idea.

Filling up the pit.....can watch that for hours 👍🏻💪🏻
Im impressed with your ability with that drone. Thats apart from one little discretion that is. What a lovely farm your family has. Credit to your dad bringing you up so well. He is the type of man i have much respect for and yourself for letting others take out the better tractors
Great cinematography skills. The music with the drone shots elevates the content into professional spheres!
Loved it. Love the cow eating out the feeder at the end with your dad
I actually never have seen this before! This is so interesting! Rocking the music too
I like the cow in the background getting a little snack towards the end of the video.
Did that heffer have some hair rollers in? That was quite a quiff!
Grand video Tom. Good to see a team of contract silagers that don’t rush around at stupid speed 👍
Nothing better than people managing their farms well and having a passion for doing it right!
The cow at the end stole the show :D

(with Charlton Heston) , you folks are too young to know it but it was a
