I went Mezz after a fitting. Thought going into it, I would be Link, but just liked the way the mezz sat behind the ball at address. Have to say I’m very happy with it, still getting used to longer putts but it’s been difficult with the changing conditions. Just going to stick with it and trust the tech.
I enjoyed this comparison video, Paul. I think we are all looking for that special something in the putter department but I'm just not sure I could justify £500 on a new one. I think I'll stick with my Spider for now 👍👍👍
I bought a standard Mezz 1 as I much rather spend more on a putter since I will use it way more than a driver per round. I use gun oil on mine stop the screws from rusting every couple of weeks. It does mention you need to maintain the putter when you receive it. Apart from that I do love it but I would like to try the DF3. LAB are certainly becoming way more popular and there is a reason for that!!
Im not a lover of center shafted putters Paul... It will take something very special to pry the Bettinardi out of my hands...and I have some really nice putters sat at home that haven't been able to do it 😉
@@GolfShow Debi says "Chunk, why do you need thirty odd putters?" My reply, "I don't 'need' them babe..." Keeping well Paul thank you, Fulford looks to have recovered well from six months continual rain, nice to get onto grass isn't it 👍👍👍
@@GolfShow If that's true, how is it that at 1:18 in the video, the guy is dressed up for winter with thick clothing, jacket, beanie hat and possibly gloves, if it's not cold and that's frost on the green, do you want to change your response and still say it was a summer evening?
@@stevenkates1276sorry Steven I’d forgotten that clip was in there. It was early morning due not frost, I wouldn’t do that on frost Thanks for commenting
@@GolfShow sure looks like frost to me, but if you say it wasn't, ok, but the guy is sure dressed out for some cold weather and even the sky looks like it's wintertime.
lost me after you said "better feel than any scotty cameron". Ive compared and it absolutely does not feel as good as a scotty - as unbiased and objective as I can be here lol - that was a reach
Hi Eric. I’ve a Scotty Laguna and a Phantom X11.5 and for me the Link 1 is a softer feel and makes a better noise. Each to their own though. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Best, Paul 👍🏼

Why not try the DF 3
Maybe that will be the next one. I wanted to try something with a smaller head after the DF2.1
At fulford do they have or fit for lab broomstick putters
Hi Martin. I saw one in the pro shop a week or so ago. Give Guy a call tomorrow
Hey, you're not suppose to be on a green that has frost on it, it will kill the grass, surprised you guys don't know this!
It’s didn’t have frost on it. It was a summer evening

you do realize that putters are all preference, what he said is true for him and obviously not for you.
