You can always leave the cartridge inside the printer as the printer itself has a sponge inside which will soak excess ink if dripped from the Cartridge
Yes but one thing you should always do is that
For inkjet printers atleast print 1 black & white and 1 color printout in every 7 days
Similarly for inktank 1b/w & 1 color print every 15 days .. so this will make sure that the cartridge is never clogged

Hi Fact tech, your new fan here , i am trying to revive my old canon Pixma 287 using your channel , my cartridges have been Dormant for more than 3 yrs now, would you recommend de-clogging the cartridge first or fill colour and then de-clog them? Black colour shows empty on the driver and colour shows half , i am going to install ciss ink tank after the cartridges work, if they work. Thanks in advance

Sir insta par maine DM kiya hai Pleaee reply Dijiye. Mera tricolor ink cartridge ka blue or red ink work kar rha hai aur yellow color bhi aa rha hai lekin missing hai bahut jyada. Please reply sir.

Usually 15-20 days and after that the ink outlet of the Cartridge usually gets clogged

I am a student and I want 5 to 6 prints per week. Which printer will be better between inktank and inkjet printer . Agar inktank printer jyada use nhi krunga to print head block to nhi hoga na.

See as your printing requirment is very less so I will recommend inkjet .
But since you are a student the printing requirement may vary as per your assignment and other project works so at that point I will recommend inktank.
You can keep a inktank unused for a stretch of 2 months and still the printhead won't get jammed

Hello, in an ink tank printer say I'm printing 10-15 pages per week monochrome. And If I'm not printing any color print for around 15 days, will there be any blockage or dry-up?
No there will be no issue , but to be on safer side atleast give 1 color print in every 30 days
@@FactTech14 Sure, got it. And one more thing, with the initial given bottles pack, we can print around 3k-4k Mono and around 5k color right? It may slightly vary depending on the model of the printer, but overall for every new bottles pack we sould get good number of pages right? And what's the cost of the bottles pack?
My total print till now in my new HP 410 is 4864 prints (color + b&w combined ) and still there is half ink left in tank and around 20% ink is there is bottles

If the cartridge was able to print 5-6 prints then one thing is clear that thr cartridge is fine.
Do one thing take out the cartridges and insert it again and make sire it is placed rightly inside the printer OR take a clean cloth and clean the copper processor part and the ink outlet from where the ink comes out of cartridge
And still of it is not working then it means the ink is over inside the cartridge ( you can refill it manually )

Yes it can be solved by the above method. But since only lines are coming just use a clean cloth and clean the cartridge below part ( from where the ink comes out ) and done

Within 1month of using Needle ink with ink kit my canon 745s and 746s got clogged.
I refilled the cartilage...first it did not print and after trying again for few more time it gave 1 page print and then again it stopped printing... Then after sometime it gave 1and a half page print ... I tried your warm water method... It prints half page then again not printing.. What is main issue I am unable to understand... Plz help... Plz

After refill please keep the Cart ideal for 1 hr so that the ink will settle and than you print, it will work

Just keep it for few minutes after you have dipped it in warm water and clogged in come out and then try again

It will print only 3 pages properly then it will print blank uneven type
It means there is air inside the Cartridge which closed the output of the. Cartridge while printing... You please use a suction tool to take the air out and then it will work properly

Kuch kuch case mai ink complete leak hojata he jiski wajah se cartridge mai ink nahi hota .
Agar 24 hrs ke baad bhi print nahi ho raha he toh phirse 2ml ink daliye cartridge ke andar
