- You're not alone. I recorded this back in January. I wondered whether to release it. Today I found the courage. I'm still working through the challenges. They will be there every day, and that's okay.

Don't overthink... now there's a challenge 🤣. I really appreciate the positive vibes - thanks for such an encouraging comment. I love making videos and making music, so that's not going to change. I'm working on finding the right balance between rough-and-ready informal chats (which often contain no useful information!), and detailed, planned video essays. It's not an easy one - but life's not worth living without challenges! Love back-atcha from Jupiter orbit. ✨🪐

Live is the way, then the mind never focuses on a fix or a can do better, you just flow with no choice, once your makin videos and editing if you have any mild concern you will be all over it because you have the fix or do better option, but going live reduces the extra unnecessary thoughts, and that is why you find your flow place...
You will always be more conscious of a recording because you know it can be redone, but when live, it is what it will be
Totally agree eMo! I'm still trying to find that balance between genuine, relaxed and informal videos, with presentations that are accurate, full of value and contain interesting information. It's a knife edge and not easy! Thanks for the regular encouragement! ✨🪐
@MikeRenouf all good sir, perhaps you should find a formula for the variations of content, or maybe that's the reason you are having current ponders, as you strive to find that worklfow for the content variation, in search of that routine that fits, nevertheless a great conversation this always, as many people have their ways n means in struggle or flow state

I often record 5 -6 vids before I'm like I've had enough now I'm posting this one . Lots of um's and fuck offs and head grabbing (which doesn't really get seen cos thats usually off camera. Oh and I've noticed when i feel like ive done something wrong I rub or scratch my nose 🤷🏼♂️. Then thought im glad i dont play poker 🤣.

The editing of videos certainly throws a lot of options into the situation - how much to do keep in, or chop out... Sanitize the presentation too much and it feels hollow and false. Keep it all in and risk boring people with 'ummm... Errr...'

@@MikeRenouf I just try to get it feeling right for me then I upload if I'm happy. I don't know how to /or if I even can edit videos yet but I don't really want to do that in all honesty.
The more you record yourself the less you'll be in your head. You gotta make the choice not to a fu*k too much.
