I mean, it's fair to expect teachers to not have an OnlyFans or anything because like he said, you need the kids' respect and there needs to be a healthy boundary between you and them. Having an OnlyFans while you're a teacher is irresponsible. However, just being a streamer of SFW stuff that is clearly marked 18+ is way too strict.

The worst is having the kids to have nothing and no one to be aspiring to. i would be ashamed to have a mom like this, especially in bdo the mom ruined her & her daughters account or overall game, since ppl like to hunt down others in this game, and they are rly pissed off for far less than compared to that incident (+ since pvp content is kinda meh), not even a namechange will help since u can track it pretty easily, only chance is: no guild - unfriend everyone, never get into a discord call with this game, fam name change + character name change for every character u have (10 bucks each) or delete like the 20-31 chars u have and keep only 2 & start from scratch, also never link any item since if they have made some items & they link multiple items with their names on it, its highly sus - so they gonna have to do it again.

I worked in the after school program before and I played yugioh with the kids. the kids that played any sort of card games would flock to my room because they know I actually understand how to the damn game unlike if they tried to explain to others and they just nod their heads and pretend they know wtf they are talking about.

School administrations (as well as the school board, though they're elected so I think of them as separate) are where most of the fault lies when it comes to pretty much any problem with a school district. Funding for schools in the US is insane, and iirc it's usually takes up the largest portion of any state's budget (at least one of the largest). In essence, the problem isn't funding, the problem is the money is mismanaged to hell. And who manages that money? The admins.
Unfortunately, politicians and admins both like to perpetuate that funding is the issue, because it benefits both the politician and admins when school budgets get increased: one gains political capital (and kickbacks on occasion, sometimes from the unions themselves), and the admins get more money to allocate in the same poor way (again, can go into their own wallets). Not every school administration is like this, but it's extremely common when you get to larger cities. Unfortunately, the loser is almost always the rank-and-file teachers and students, because it was never really about their interest and well-beng in the first place. Heck, this even happens at the university level, but that's another topic altogether.

Another issue with the masters degree is it can be challenging to get a job after getting a masters because the school's would rather hire a teacher with only a certificate because it is cheaper. A lot of teachers get a certificate and do their masters on the side so they can get the masters while they already have the job.

Hearing that guy talk about disappointing his dad was heart wrenching.
With the level of scrutiny of teachers why, besides passion or the sunk cost fallacy of one’s degrees, would you ever go into the field?

His stream isn't NSFW and the irony is children that the school is trying to protect are going to run into NSFW books and media the school has greenlit, lmao.

As an fellow Educator we have a hard enough time keeping good teachers let alone having them, we have a hard time finding or getting people wanting to be substitute teachers.
So great we lost another good/ passionate teacher. I don't know the guy but seems like he cares about his job which a lot more than a lot of other teachers who have lost their passion for education.
Education in the US is a joke I'm glad I changed carears.

Get the kids to get you those DM’s(for legal). I completely understand the clip from the beginning, I’ve been there too man. I’m sorry that these people did this to you. You’re a grown man who can do whatever he wants, but I understand the respect part my sister is a teacher. God bless bro, God put you exactly where you need to be. Maybe you can teach in a way and just because you’re not “a” teacher doesn’t mean that the gift of teaching has been stolen from you. I think you can still be a great teacher of many things, I hope everything goes great for you.

To be honest , just by what this guy says on his own volition, this guy had no business being a high school teacher. If I found out about this behavior I wouldn’t want my young kids around him. If anything this is for the best he can now commit to be a streamer full time.
