It looks great. Love the way the shield flows with the bars. The comments from the youngsters about " Old guy Windshield" crack me up. Yeah we "Old Guys" finally figured out that eating bugs and having your Dome shaking like a bobble head in the wind ain't so much fun anymore.
I have the 12" of freedom show on my 2017 road blood from riding one of for 3 years And it still in perfect condition I think it's the best Windshield out there
Hey, thanks for the vid! I have heard guys talk these up on wind protection…..how is it for bug protection though? I live down south and the bugs are real here…..picture all of the neighborhood kids firing grapes at you with wrist rocket slingshots.
I went with the freedom shields for my 2016 heritage classic and ordered one 2 in shorter than stock because i was always looking at the top edge , I cant tell you how happy i am with this windshield. very well made and gives more protection than the stock!!!
How tall are you and what’s your inseam? I’m 5’10” with 30” inseam. Trying to find the right fit. Talking with John but want to get feedback from multiple sources. Thanks for the video!
I had a 10” on my 2016 Ultra limited and I have an 8” on my 2020 SGS. They are GREAT products and I would highly recommend again and again. Nice choice, John!

Great video, thanks for the information. Could you have gone with a 12 inch or 13 inch tall and still had full wind blockage of your face? I want to buy one and I'm 6 foot tall. I think if they're a little bit shorter they look a little bit better on the road glide so I don't wanna get one too tall but I do want full wind blockage of my face. Thanks
What was the reason why you picked Klock works over freedom shield and what size did u get on the klock works. I’m five foot 9 and just bought a new 2021 road glide special and the stock windshield is Brutal with turbulence. Thinking between the freedom shield , kloock werks and Memphis shield
@@ncurc9766 With the vent open, true. Too much air coming in lower through and under the fairing which gets the airflow needed. Windier than a batwing in general. But not bad.
I agree, thickness of shield and clarity are great. however I switched back to a Windvest after a 6000 mile trip. I have never been hit by so may bugs, my passenger commented the same thing. There is such a lack of uplift from the 14" windshield that bugs are not moved by any updraft. My stock HD screen was 14" and other that the tint was a superior shield. I've logged 115k+ over the last 6+ seasons and would never put this clunky poor performing shield on anything I owned. The stock shield is superior and Windvest or Long Ride Shield are a better alternative. This is my candid opinion based on actual long term use.

It’s a Touring. The Sport Touring looks sort of like the one he had on the bike to start: cuts in.
