Great video bro I purchased the Memphis Shades 8.5 last year and have been rocking with it hard. It does a fantastic job deflecting the wind and bugs.
That’s the size I’m thinking of ordering, how tall are u bud ?
Glad you show what a real garage looks like not a production studio. Thanks for keeping it real. RSMF
Lol you know, I've always wondered how people keep their garages so tidy. Thanks for the comment Ben!
Klock Werks 14" flare is what I use on my 2020 Roadglide Special and the 3 other Roadglides I had before. I like long trips and this one works great for me. It's not really 14" up, it comes out to be around 9". Looks great and does the job.
Great review! What height are you? I am 6' 3" I am interested in the 6.5 as shown....
Thank You. I'm 6' and the 6.5 is the happy medium.
I like it in the ghost tint. Clear at the top, looks sick too.😮
Hell yeah kinfolk they both look great! I still need to get a different windscreen. Keep up the great work brother 🤙🍻🍻
How tall are you man?
I’ve been going back and forth with an 11” and a 13” with my bike, and where I’m at now is sticking with a 13” - as you’re showing here, those extra inches make a huge difference. Either way you go, looks so good, psyched on your new journey with this bike! 🗽⚡️
Thanks brother. Hope all is well with you man. Miss u
The first shield was a ten inch?
I just ordered the 8.5 on the Memphis shade. Can wait till I get home
You will love it!
You should record a quick video after install and show the size of it on the bike. And if you have a way to record while riding, that would be an awesome video for the 8.5. I'd watch it!
Great video. I'm looking for a shield as well
Thanks, I just ordered the 10 for my 2020 Electra Glide.
Thank ya man good review. I think I will start with the 6. 5 or 8.5.
Your review was good but I didn't hear you say your height. That's critical when deciding what size shield to buy.
Very true. I’m 6ft tall.
The windshield you removed from your road glide is the stock windshield correct?
Thank you brother, my i ask how tall are you?
I am 6 feet tall
Great video, thanks for helping
6.5 be good for person 5/8?
Definitely.
@@BxPolymath gonna grab one when I am at bike week
Bro how tall are you? I'm 6'4 debating on which one I should get
J Brinson I’m 6’4 as well which one works better for you??
I’ve gone with the 6 1/2. Just waiting for it to arrive and I’ll get it on my 2019 RG CVO
Nice!!!
I have the Memphis shade windshield on my 2014 Street it works great 👍
That's awesome. Glad it's worked out well
Great review! What height are you? I am 6' 3" and I am interested in the 6.5 as shown. Thanks!
i enjoyed the review just wondering what shade are these smoke or dark smoke
Thanks for watching. These are Dark Smoke.
@@BxPolymath thank you keep the videos coming
Brother great video just put one on my new Road Glide a shame stock windshield on the new Harley is absolutely completely useless mystifies me why Harley would do something like that that should be your first modification happy riding
Nice!
All windshields are tested in non real world conditions. What that means is under perfect non wind conditions ie wind tunnel testing you can develop a perfect airflow in a straight line. As noisy as the stock shield is its aerodynamically superior to the flip up in a head or crosswind. I wear a FF. These helmets are designed to function in a no windshield environment. Windshields interfere with their design. On a perfectly still day many windshields perform well to include the stock RGS shield. A flip up design is aerodynamically incorrect.
I get what you are saying. The shields basically create more drag which for us, just reduces MPG. We don’t really “feel” it dragging. I wear a FF about 80% of the time, and I personally hate buffeting because it’s annoying. So my shield height is purely decided on avoiding that sensation.
You are not supposed to be looking through these windshields. You never mention where your camera is but your not supposed to be looking through seeing distortion. That's crazy. Wrong size. Windshields at or below chin
Brother jus be careful of the darkness of the windscreen. Ride safe PEACE AND LOVE brother.
Thanks brother. It looks a little darker on video but you can see through when riding. Be safe as well! 🍻
Cool be ez
