you describe me 110% in this video..it's been almost a year now..I haven't been to a store in a very long time..this is the WORST thing I've ever experienced in my entire life..I'm so sorry you had to go through this and I hope you're still doing good

What helped: avoidant behavior- illuminating these barriers. Identify what makes you most anxious, make a list. Second, he started to challenge himself, he decided to stop letting anxiety control him. He started going to the store each day, he would not make eye contact at first, look up, but gradually after just first going to the store, just to go each day, then he would a week or so later he would add something, like looking up, smiling, eye contact, saying hello. This was his first thing he did. He faced his fear, it became easier, he became more use to it, he went and came home and journaled his he felt, what happened, he narrated(in your head maybe) I'm going to go here...etc. Journaling really helped. He started comparing himself as an athlete, drinking lots of water, vitamins etc. journaling before and after, going over his journaling seeing his progress. Just notes to remember to share with someone who's going through this. Thank you for sharing!

Happy to see you again, it's been a long time. I agree with everything you'd said. I too suffered from crazy anxiety and even though I'm 90 % better I still have those anxious days. I too changed various things in my life and lernt how to identify my triggers, most importantly lose the fear of fear..thank you for your video and get your rest on

Thank you for making these videos. You are spot on about many habitual things anxiety sufferers tend to do.. I get the dizziness and I personally know how debilitating it can be.

Hi! Nice video you have there! On a separate note; have you heard the talk about " Vidadsmedia Child Anxiety Treatment " (Have a quick look on google...cant remember the exact words)? My step brother had some transactions with them and was impressed by their extraordinary treatment when the Kids Anxiety was completely rectified !
