    Pushing that stream of flow into my mind and my third eye was probably the most intense part of this meditation session. Very powerful!

    I litterally got lost in thought and I will tell you all about it so In the beginning parts it got really noisy but then I heard your voice and it just went quiet and my spirit just kinda left my body and I couldn’t move then it went dark for a few minutes and all I could hear was your voice and I was so relaxed then you told me to imagine a glowing rectangle full of memories and to pull out the present so I did and it started to glow and I was amazed (this was all in my head I mind you I still couldn’t move and I couldn’t tell the difference except for the fact I could see through my arms they were this weird green) then it grew with each breath I took and kept on glowing brighter and getting bigger untill it finally filled up the whole room and the entire house with a light green glow but I still had it in my hand but it was getting heavier by the second and I heard merge it into your head and I put it into my fourhead and they just merged and it was awesome I felt just transcended then the one that filled my room just shrank and disappeared I walked back in to my room and everything just went black then it was just me and I took deep breaths and I came back to reality then I just felt stronger physically and mentally so then I got up and then here we are. It was quite the ride thank you for that

    one time I unconsciously dodged 4 punches when in martial arts and beat the other guy and I didn't fully realize what was going on around me. It was an amazing feeling and during this, I experienced it again. Though it was only for a brief moment I felt it. Thank you! This is a great meditation and I will use it every night now. ❤️

    i actually did a 1v5 by focusing on a dodgeball game i had, and i won it. i dodged every single thing as if my body was moving on my own lmao, and then my body went out of that state and i got so tired.

    I did see lights infront of my third eye but couldn't think quick enough to remember a time of being flow so I just concentrated on the present and used what I know so far that it feels like I think when research I can tell when I writing every thing is so fluid

    It is very hard for me to meditate but this video helped me so much. I even started crying, I’m not sure why but I did. Love this video it really helped me

    It took a while but at the end i entered it with the breathing u told u’s to do and thanks now i know how i get into the flow

    This meditation reminded me of the movie "Inside Out" which teacher adolescents and children about emotions. The balls of energy the character Joy kept in alignment and sometimes not

    I meditated to this this morning and in my math class i tapped into a flow state which made me anxious because i was so productive and time felt slowed down or almost non existent and that tripped me out but this helped me later today complete an assignment and a study guide which will help for my test tomorrow which im going to meditate to this tomorrow morning and ill update my test mark
    *update 1 i took the test and i know this video isnt about being smart but like the focus that a flow state gives is really cool and i was able to enter one during my test and i was done in like 20 minutes id say maybe atleast a 95%

      I did this in like 3rd grade (year before last lol) and then it just clicked and I had to think for like a couple seconds and had like 875+ 906 or something and had the answer in seconds (I mind you I suck at math) and by the end of it it just felt like no time went by and I had like a 90 on it like 9-10 (we took this same test every week with just different numbers)

      For the duration of the guided meditation!
