I can't even explain how this made me feel. I felt so at peace. I saw myself achieving what I desire most. I felt like I was there. My life was complete. I didn't give up. Seeing thousands of people cheering. Saying my name. As I look into the crowd, Seeing my friends and family. I will live that moment. No matter what happens, I will not lose hope. I will make myself of who I truly want to be. My story will have a happy ending. The story others will be inspired by.
Let's go baby! Time to step into that identity NOW.
My mind is so literal, I can’t get passed him asking to recall a moment of being fully engaged in an activity. I can’t recall a single time I’ve ever been “in the zone”. I don’t know what it feels like so I’m stuck immediately thinking I’m incapable of reaching this level of focus.

returned to one of my favorite statest that I forgot even existed within me: painting; with all my exams coming up and the continuous pressure of entering university and performing in my professional life, I've forgotten the simple, almost trivial things that've brought me joy in my childhood. I once had the most amazing godly flow day and did amazing on volleyball. Amazed everyone. Effortless and extremely good
Next time judgemental ppl came and my performance was back to loser levels
I think my key phrase is "Let your self-awareness be taken over by the task.
Essentially 0 self judgement or pressure feelings, 0 care. It is being one, being 100% with the process and losing your sense of self in it
