Great work as always! It's amazing to see how you're working with these breweries to bring not just the recipes to the homebrewers, but a great insight into the people and culture behind the great business that make the beer.

Nail on the head there. Knowledge is part of it, recipes too but passion and inspiration plus insight are just as important 🍻

Thanks guys, did you get a chance to make the beer yourselves? Love to hear how it turned out! Cheers, Kelly 🍻

Just tapped my good chemistry ESB, what a lovely drop of beer. Just my kind of beer. Brewed in a brewzilla, fermented in a fermzilla conical and kegged in 2 8l mini kegs with forced co2, plus 4 litre bottles with priming sugar. Came out spot on the numbers and a lovely beer to brew

Great vid. Just a few points from me having brewed your 23 litre kit
Firstly the fermentation I used was 20 degrees and it took 16 days and a very steady fermentation. The trub left in the fermentation vessel was incredibly perfumed obviously showing the presence of a lot of ester formation.
Bottled conditioned was great using 3G of table sugar. But I felt the taste was better having swirled the bottle and drinking the yeast residues with the beer. Bit either way it was great.
My favourite was poured with 70:30 beergas. Sooo similar to the can.
So I will now leave the rest of the keg for another three weeks giving a total of around 7 weeks in all. I have a feeling that this beer may be on point after only a few days conditioning but I will see.
    Great kit malt miller.

Excellent choice of brewery and beer to collaborate with! The love of the making, delivering and sharing is self evident - and that I think is a trait of the best brewers.
Interesting to listen to the debate on keg or cask and the same beer being the subject. As a pin holds a little more than a 19l keg, and prices are similar, I'm wondering if this is something you'd consider doing later?
I use both kegs and pins according to the beer style I brew.
Speaking of which I must order this kit!

I would love to brew this beer in the US, but I don’t think I have access to WHC saturated. Would London ale III be the best substitute?

Yes that would work well or perhaps Imperial Juice. 🧃
