First discovered this song from Apple Music driving through the mountains of Wyoming about a month back, stoned outta my mind. Greatest song that came over the radio and I’ve been bumping it ever since. It’s 2021 and this song still fucking hits.
First Sevendust song I heard and I was instantly hooked. Got the privilege of seeing them live during their acoustic tour before Seasons dropped. They are great even without the amps lol. One question I've always wanted to ask and have answered is why Waffle? There's gotta be a story there or something.
I had never thought about it before but you got me thinking too. Why waffle? The best I can come up with is that it seems like it's about being stuck in a rut in life, needing something more out of life. The holes in a waffle are kinda like a rut for the butter or syrup, once it gets in there it's pretty much stuck and hard to get out. Plus everyone loves waffles because they're awesome and so is this song.
@@zachtheripper8832 I don't know if this is the reason, but your Waffle logic is so top notch that I can honestly see that as being the reason. Cuz who doesn't love waffles? Or this song?
Have enjoyed these guys since high school. Loved this song then, and I enjoy it as much 18 years later. Sevendust still my favorite all time Hard Rock group.
First time I saw them was somewhere around 2001 (give or take a couple years) they were one of the opening acts to either Creed or Perfect Circle ( this was 2 decades ago my bad on details) the show was cancelled because either Stapp or Maynard was sick. This was a show at the schottenstein center in Columbus Ohio. Here's the important part. Why the first detail of who was headlong doesn't matter. Seven dust said bllshit we are still playing. They moved over to the Newport (yes the one where Dime Bag Darrel was killed at) and blew the roof off... For free. We used our original tickets showed em at the door kept them for the rescheduled other show. Most under rated Late 90's early oughts band out there.
If you searched this, then you have impeccable taste in music.
Definitely one of the most underrated bands EVER!!!

I've seen these guys about a dozen times, always an amazing show. Such an underrated band, the vocals are amazing 🤟
Have enjoyed these guys since high school. Loved this song then, and I enjoy it as much 18 years later. Sevendust still my favorite all time Hard Rock group.
How does this have the least views of their hits? Such an epic fucking song!
Fun fact: this was actress Krysten Ritter's very first role 0:50
Thats so badass
nice
@Omega Iceman Cometh R/random
@Omega Iceman Cometh No, it really would not. In fact, it'd be about as far from badass as you can get.
@Omega Iceman Cometh Well played king, hard to tell these days.
I'm an old school garage punk (and jazz) drummer from the '60s (Shadows of Knight, Sam the Sham), and I love this band. Morgan Rose is brilliant, too.
Come for the Melodie’s ..
stay for the RIFFS !!
Bring me a light, make my life worth something more!!!
First song I learned on guitar back when this album came out. Fuck. I'm old.
