SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center I did the wrist excerises and its the bones n my fingers that sore n stiff and I feel the need keep cracking my fingers which probably making it hurt more any tips?
@@jewelstherockstar5767 have you tried basic hand/finger exercises like these: ua-cam.com/video/j72JILdKYR8/v-deo.html Also, I would look into hand strengthening exercises, like using a ball or putty. It will help strengthen the ligaments, tendons, and muscles in the hand -- hopefully leading to a lot less pain. Thanks for watching!

Dude I’ve been out of the gym for like 4 monthes and i dont know how to treat it, whenever i try to do pushups i feel a cracking in my left wrist. My left wrist physically cant carry 20s when i usually lift 35s. What did you do to fix it 😭

If you want to reset your wrist the easy way, you have to uninstall your old firmware and install the new firmware then restart and you should be all good
Thanks man, I've installed a custom firmware into it and now my wrists can do 720° flips and it can also play SNES games. I'm planning to overclock it so I can play some N64 or even PS1 games. However my doctor did tell me that overclocking could destroy my wrists. But I have some good water cooling setup, I guess I can try it
@@ValentinoHarpa The average wrist can overclock safely by I believe .2ghz. Any higher can cause permanent damage
@@thesurant2014 thanks for the tip man! I've reached 1.90 GHz before, but my wrists crashed and got a BSOD. Thankfully the CPU resets to it's default values before overclocking, so I can use my wrists normally again!

I saw a hand specialist about 2 years ago who gave me a cortisone injection which helped the pain for about a month. I’ve just dealt with it ever since. Doing this has instantly restored some mobility and relieved some pain. Thank you! I am planning on continuing this daily and see how things improve! I’ve seen other videos of yours but just came across this one. Life changing.

I'm legit ready to cry right now. I've been dealing with wrist pain for over 3 years and you helped me in a few short minutes. Thank you for this vid. I know it comes from poor ergonomic keyboards and hypermobil wrists. Even though i fixed the keyboard issue, my wrist still hurt trying to do any sort of push ups or locomotive exercises or even just resting on my head on my hands.

My wrist just locked up again (bad wrist from breakdancing 3 decades ago) and was in excruciating pain. I quickly searched dislocated wrist and followed everything in this video. THANK YOU!!!!! Wrist reset 🙏

I have the same problem. It's permanently popped out of place after injuring it while doing a dumbbell press and it hurt for a few months but now it doesn't hurt anymore but doing some exercises sucks now since it affects my arm path so i hope it works

I have been living with a scapholunate ligament tear for the last 15 years. Two weeks back something aggravated my wrist and it has been hurting a lot. Got scheduled for MRI in 2 months (that's the earliest available date). But I watched your video today and tried it. Heard a pop and after an hour my pain has subsided a lot. Thank you so much.

2:55 onwards really helped my wrist, it felt out of place and very sharp pains, once i pushed through the pain with those exercises it feels more in place now and no sharp pain!

My wrist popped MANY times during the elbow on the table exercise. I haven't been able to position it at 90° for months, and my cat tripped me earlier today and I caught myself against a door frame and thought I'd regained some motion FINALLY (all I've been doing it pulling straight back on it). This video definitely helped me regain more and achieve the 90° flex again. Thank you!

Something i never thought of... I started playing guitar 2 years ago. I’m middle aged man. I notice discomfort in right thumb ,wrist forearm .guitar beats the fretting hand n wrist. I dint want to cause real issues but i can’t stop practicing. Another professional tutor. ✌️

Wow, thanks! I’ve been in pain over a month without much relief from time. When I did the elbow on the table stretching, I took my pinkie and ring finger while still pulling on my wrist, and pushed on the bone in my arm connected to the wrist joint. I got cracks and pops each time and a wave of relief as nerves became untrapped.
My physiotherapist didn't show me any of these exercises to help get my lunate back in position. This is great.
I’ve had wrist pains for 4 years after injuring myself carrying something heavy that overstretched my tendons. This actually seems to have helped my mobility with less pain. I’m going to keep it up and hopefully make my hands useful again. Thanks!!

I just wanted to say this helped me massively. My wrist felt jammed up and sore for days and my thumb felt uncomfortable too. The technique on the bed worked wonders! I experienced multiple pops and crunches that felt like all my bones going back into place while doing this. There was lots of inflammation in my wrist so it was still sore but i felt the grip strength return almost right away and then over night the pain went down to about 10% of what it was. I feel in a few days my wrist will be completely normal again. Thanks!

@@DrRowe Hi! Sorry I forgot to give an update but yeah sure enough my wrist was completely fine within a couple of days of this exercise! It was bad enough before the exercises that I was wearing a splint because I would instinctively post on that arm when sitting down / getting up from my desk and I kept almost falling over cus it would give out under me and become even more agitated. I can't thank you enough. I am now 100% pain free and the function in my wrist and hand is fully restored. Your videos are great I have watched a lot of them!
I was not expecting this to help me as much as it did just after one cycle of the techniques shown, I'm going to keep doing this daily and see how I get on

Man I just did the first exercise by pulling the wrist away from the elbows, and did some variables of that adjusting the angle at which I pulled, and it immediately relieved the pain I had from months. Incredible, just 5 minutes of exercise and I can now do push ups and verticals without pain

I had a basketball injury that I’ve been carrying for years and I got into art and I have to take constant breaks because my hand just hurts, and this just made me feel a huge relief

wow this really works. Sometimes after lifting heavy things my right wrist feels like it has to pop but im unable to get it to. Im a maintenance electrician and have my radio clipped to my right chest pocket, usually using my right thumb to activate the button. Today i had to use my left because my right wrist was in pain and would not let me get there. Halfway through my shift i watched your video, used a light bulb (a strong one) as "something round" and was on my hands and knees in our computer room rotating my wrists. Got up and had no issues or pain using my radio.. THANK YOU!!

I did this on my wrist that really hurt due to my brother laying down on it almost full strength while it was like in a folded position but not fully and this helped alot to relieve some of my pain it might not work on everyone but it did work on me and thank you for it a lot

Oh wow! Just tried the pull and stretch quick before bed and i can fully supernate my hand again. My wrist feels like a muscle that hasnt been stretched in ages and now there's blood rushing in. I thought i was getting authritas. I do a lot of weight lifting so this was starting to be a real problem. Youve earnt yourself a sub. When ever I push/bend my hand in a certain way, my wrist does that to. Only on the left
my wrist does the same exact thing and it's kinda uncomfortable

mine right one pops when i move it a certain way and after a while it starts hurting. it bothers me a lot in yoga too when i’m doing backbends or anything involving weight on my wrists.

Hey doc, i have a question, my left shoulder feels like it can move more freely than my right one. I've also noticed that when I do my workouts, especially pull ups, on every rep, at the bottom range of motion it clicks, while the right one doesn't. Same thing with my elbow, my left one can extend more than my right, so does my knee. Its like my whole left side from shoulder to knee is more mobile. How can I fix these?

This is quackery. It doesn't work. The regulation board for chiropractors is run by chiropractors. It's not clinically proved. Go see a physio brother. It will do you more good than here
