They have a new concept called Visiting Chef Series, which features a highly notable chef every quarter with their menu. From now until May 21, 2022, James Beard Award-Winning Chef Tom Colicchio will have his 7-item menu available that includes dishes like Spice Roasted Lobster and Pancetta Wrapped Monkfish!
Esquire by Cooper's Hawk has a wine tower, bubble bar, private dining rooms, and a tasting room. They also have over 1,600+ wines that are Cooper's Hawk and non-Cooper's Hawk brands, which is great for wine tastings.
