I got 3800kv castle with hobbywing quicrun 60amp 16t pinion on mine and I cant control it on 3s barely can using 2s its fast gotta find tires with better grip though

I dig this truck for the scale and sortof being in its own category. The Amazon guys had a missing rear suspension part and fixed it with an Allen wrench cut...

I am totally lost when to use a specific system in a specific rig....basher, crawler, speed cars..... Any help is appreciated.
There are several factors in this but it all boils down to the vehicle the gearing tire size and weight. The best thing you can do is kind of see what everyone else is running and different types of vehicles and cars and go from there

Corally Kuron motor going well, is their a chance you could bend that type of chassis in a crash ?
Anything's possible especially if you hit something hard enough

The truck doesn’t seem wide enough to handle much speed in a driving situation
omg i think i found the chassis for my drag racer build.. #welp there goes 5 grand.. so awesome.. I didnt make all this money to save it.. hell i cant take it with me may as well spend it while im here.
